Witnesses are required to the meeting at Gainsborough Sports Centre, in 1995, Re, the proposed closure of Ipswich Airport, where David Ball the then council leader said his speech assuring the people at the meeting that they would have equal time to speak. Ball ridiculed one woman whose husband would lose his job. Ball also after he had completed his speech answered one question then declared the meeting closed and walked out of the building. David Ball lied, he did not give the audience their chance to speak. This is typical democracy for Ipswich Borough Council.
Were you witness to a person or persons falling off the side of a diving board / do you know a person that has fell off the side of the diving boards at the Broom Hill pool needing hospital treatment for serious injuries for a few days, this happened between 1990 and 1999.
Referring To the dangerous state of the pool in the picture above, I called in the Evening Star newspaper, an article was published about the dangerous pool. The management and lifeguards turned on all the patrons as retribution, and stopped all the diving off the diving boards for a few days.
Were you witness to the alleged patrons harassment at the Broom Hill Pool in 1992. Were you harassed by management who stopped all the diving off the diving boards for a few days ? the artistic diving that was usual in and before 1992, this was never re:instated. If you where harassed in this manner by the management and the pool attendants, and stopped using the pool because of this harassment, please contact me by writing stating your age address and details of the incident. It may not be to late for harassed patrons to make a claim for compensation. If you were harassed by this event, you may be entitled to compensation.
The deceased newly appointed M.P. for Ipswich in 1992 X labour council leader Jamie Cann and James Hehir the Chief Executive Officer were written to in 1992 about this alarming public harassment, there was no interest in this matter by these hierarchal crooked officers.
Witnesses are required for the extreme night time use of this pool by the public in 1995. Up to 300 people where using the Broom Hill pool at night. There where several local newspaper publications about this matter as well as heavy police interest to try to stop the dangerous night time usage.
This year 2002. Did you use the top diving board at the Broom Hill pool this year, the top stair way is dangerous, and the top diving board was slippery and dangerous, Did you fall up or down this stair way ? Did you slip on the surface off the top diving board falling over, falling in to the pool ? Please write to me if you hurt yourself on this top diving board. The correct none slip surface cover material is quite cheap, this board should have been professionally prepared and had the correct none slip material fitted to it.
