On this site there are photographs of the / dangerous / disgusting diving boards, very dangerous under your control, as well as the H.S.E. Documentation / relevant remedial notice data served on you to make the Broom Hill swimming pool in Ipswich safe, and the relevant newspaper articles. You should never be allowed near a swimming pool in a supervisory capacity.
Steven Huntly. Broom Hill manager 1993 / 1994. The pool was very dangerous under your control, you had a remedial notice served on you by the H.S.E. You also harassed the author of this internet site, because he harassed you because children where falling down slippery dangerous diving board stair ways on to concrete and being hurt under your management. You should never be allowed near a swimming pool again.
Michael Walker. A purveyor of humour, If you are still employed in a swimming pool and if you where the safety officer in 1992 / 1993 for the Broom Hill Pool, I would retire as a disabled blind person.
David Trevellion. Did not respond to my concerns for public safety in 1992. David Trevellion was overall swimming pools manager for I.B.C. in 1988.
Colin Grogan. Current Swimming pools manager. The Broom Hill Pool was dangerous under your control 1995 - 2002. There are extracts on this site from the numerous letters sent to you about safety concerns within this time period backed up with H.S.E. documentation and photographic evidence, you should resign.
James Hehir, Chief Executive Officer I.B.C. You condoned harassment of the general public at the Broom Hill pool in 1992 / 1993, and you condoned the harassment of the author of this site. You also condoned the fact that people / the general public, had paid good money to use the Broom Hill pool, a council sports facility under your control, part of this prior use program was changed / curtailed. You also ignored the remedial safety requests by the author of this site in 1993 eventually corrected / remedial ordered by the H.S.E. You had the evidence for all of this in the letters and the book (C) Surrogate Daughter that I sent you.
There was no refund mechanism for the general public for loss of use of facilities at the Broom Hill pool, this is theft. You did not act upon evidence presented to you between 1993 and 2002 that the Broom Hill pool was being managed in an unsafe manner. You also engineered my ban from Ipswich swimming pools in 1994 with the knowledge of my safety publications, and that I had previously had a meeting with John Ward swimming pools manager and Joe Orr council executive about swimming pool safety, my safety concerns outlined to these two officers where not remedied by these officers, thankfully the H.S.E. Addressed most of the safety problems. You wanted to hide the misconduct of the management under your control.
David Ball. X I.B.C. Council leader 1992 - 1997. Now believed to be a government council adviser, Ball should never hold a management position again. As an Ipswich school teacher, Copleston High, Ball knew that the Broom Hill pool was dangerous and happily allowed some of his Copleston school pupils to be in danger at this pool.

The police did not believe your statement, they rejected it, and released me from police custody. If you sue me for libel saying this is not true I will ask for you to swear on oath in court that this is not true, and for the court to note this matter, the truth always comes out, there must be many other people that know you made a false statement. If the truth comes out after your recorded lying in court, I would think you will face a prison sentence for perjury as well as being made bankrupt.

John Goodridge. I.B.C. head of legal services at I.B.C. John Goodridge read the evolving book, Surrogate Daughter, this version had all the swimming pool safety recommendations in it, the public's and the authors harassment, and the meeting with the two I.B.C. hierarchal officers. Goodridge ignored my safety publications that eventually where enforced by the H.S.E. making the Broom Hill pool safer. Public safety should have been paramount in his mind. Harassment of the public by I.B.C. management was unlawful, John, you condoned this illegal activity. A councils legal department should not support unlawful event. Goodridge engineered the authors ban for life from Ipswich swimming pools, together with James Hehir, he did not want the further publication of unsafe event about the mismanagement at Ipswich Swimming pools. Part of this ban was letter reference to a conversation with a female in Holliwells park Ipswich in the book Surrogate Daughter. There was no offence committed. This was referred to as an incident in a park, made out to be an incident for concern.
R.N.Parkes principal inspector H.S.E. Chelmsford, you ignored my request in 1995 to inspect the perimeter fence at the Broom Hill pool that was none existent, you should have demanded that I.B.C extended the hand rails of the diving boards at Broom Hill under threat of a remedial order being issued. In 1999 under the control of the H.S.E. Director General, a roving hit squad, H.S.E. Basingstoke did the job for you. On several occasions you did not respond to my letters, I had to write to H.S.E. the Director General with the threat of publishing the whole saga to get the serious safety problems at Ipswich Swimming pools addressed. I felt that there was collusion between your office and I.B.C. There is plenty of evidence for this.
After writing to the H.S.E. director general in the year 2002 complaining about H.S.E. Chelmsford's possible collusion with I.B.C. Control for Ipswich swimming pools safety is now the responsibility of a Norwich based officer under Chelmsford control.
