Dramatic changes are shortly going to come about in the Criminal Justice System. The system of courts and Judges that has been with us for a thousand years is about to disappear as fast as It appeared. How could this be you may ask? Well, there are a number of systems that have been developed for lie detection. Voice stress analyses. Heart rhythm and breathing analyses. Stomach acid and body sweat analyses. Brain Scan and retina analyses. Body Language analyses. Facial blood flow analyses.
There will soon be cheap machines developed incorporating many or all of these systems working together. There is no escape, the person being tested cannot lie without being detected. I confronted the leader of Ipswich Borough Council Mr. David Ball at his home and I stated that "I was sure that the management of the pool were trying to bring about the assumed accidental death of a patron at night by leaving the perimeter fence breached for this purpose. David Ball then stated that he was aware of this.
I might be dead before such a cheap fool-proof lie detector system is developed. However, Ball is much younger than me, he should be alive. He will be able to be questioned on the above statement. If yes, that he did make the above statement, that he knew of a conspiracy to kill? Then in his position as council leader at the time, for not disclosing as such to the authorities to protect life, Ball should be heavily penalised. If Ball cannot be forced to take the test, and he refuses to take the test: then he is guilty.

This site has exposed Ipswich Borough Council's corporate corruption, causing extreme public danger at the local Broomhill swimming pool and saved this pool from demolition. Ipswich I feel is now equal to Norwich apart from two pieces of architecture: that means very little to most people. I moved to Ipswich 33 years ago, I at last feel Ipswich is Equal: and I now feel that I am an Ipswich man.

From 1995 onwards I communicated with the 20C society to get a conservation order on the Broomhill pool. If it was not for the action taken then by me: the Broomhill pool would now be another block of flats. Backhanders and pats on the back all round at I.B.C.!!! What a scummy lot they are.
I.B.C. and brownie point collecting members of associative agencies: psychologists from Suffolk Constabulary, The Masons, Social Services and from Suffolk College, have harassed the author of this internet site for the last few years to try to drive him to suicide for publishing I.B.C's corporate skulduggery on the Internet.
This is attempted murder by induced negative event. This is the second attempted murder by such an agency in Ipswich in the last eight years.

My friends say I have made a good job of saving this pool, well, it is only saved on the day it opens for public use. If this money is not raised the pool will never open and I.B.C. Can then exclaim: we are a wonderful council, we did our best, we did everything in our power to get this pool open.

Old lido type swimming pools are difficult to manage and expensive to refurbish. The Broomhill open air lido pool in Ipswich Suffolk was mismanaged, dangerous. The author after approaching I.B.C. the proprietors for the pool about the dangers called in the local newspaper to view the dangerous pool: a pertinent article was published in this local newspaper.
The author and the patrons of the pool were harassed by I.B.C. management as retribution for the newspaper publication. There followed a battle between the author and I.B.C. management to keep the pool safe. The author called in the Health And Safety Executive to view the dangerous pool: the H.S.E. are the policing government safety agency for corporates in the U.K.
The H.S.E. served a remedial order on I.B.C. to repair and make safe the dangerous public spring and high diving boards that were extensively used by the general public, mostly children. I.B.C. was also ordered to make other apparatus safe.
The author was again harassed by I.B.C. management, there were still safety concerns, the author made paranoid and angry by the harassment and the unsafe pools threatened the I.B.C. management with violence to try to make the pools safe: and he was banned from using Ipswich swimming pools.
Very concerned for public safety, the author called on the leader of the flagship labour council, a Mr. David Ball early one morning in late May 1996 at his home. Ball agreed the authors suspicions that certain lax safety measures were being deliberately engineered to kill an unwary member of the public at the old pool to close it indefinitely. Another deal to commerce !
The author lost it, exploded in violence hitting David Ball, and as Ball laid on the floor, the author threatened to petrol bomb Balls house if a person died in the pool as a result of his councils engineered neglect. This was a threat without intent, the author was trying to bring this unbelievable amazing situation under control.

2. I changed in 1999 by being informed how there was phenomenal mental impairment caused to many pubescent children by having sex with an older man. This often can cause lifetime mental impairment for the child. Before receiving this logical psychological brief I could see nothing wrong with such activity with sexually active pubescent children: although, as an adult, I have never entered in to sexual relations with a child.
3. Until recently, I was against sexual profiling for reasons as stated below: Sexual profiling changed my gender and age sexual interests. Sexual profiling will negate many peoples mental state, however, these people including me are in the minority: and profilers must be made aware, and data bases generated of people that by sexual profiling: are proved to be sexually attracted to children.
Sexual Profiling: This was used as a political weapon to destabilise me mentally so I would ask for, or be referred to the psychiatric services, or commit suicide. I have been seriously mentally negated by the continuous sexual profiling of me as a political weapon since 1996 to 2008, this is 12 years. These people that have not broken any laws need help, the worse thing to do is for people to hold their noses indicating homosexual interest awareness, or hold their ear lobes indicating paedophile interests, or verbally abuse these people.
This causes mental impairment and often isolation: this increases sexual drive towards children. The victim is then more likely to physically assault: or have a sexual relationship with a child.
All people that have sexual interests in children are the product themselves of child or adult abuse: it is not fair to abuse these people again as adults because of their sexual interests: caused by earlier abuse. However, we do need sexual profiling to identify the serial sex offenders that will not change their ways, and either chemically castrate them, or lock them up permanently: or change the law to execute them, ( carry out a sentence of death ).
If you appose the local government in Ipswich Suffolk: with publications such as I have, they will set the dogs on you, these are the Sexual Psychological Profilers, from the local police station, from social services, and the local college.

internet: you will never know how they collected your profile,
you will never know that you are being profiled.
Many people globally have homosexual and paedophile interests, they do not enter in to unlawful behaviour with these interests. It is unlawful behaviour that is perverted and corrupts other brains that have good integrity.
People with such interests, many of these people control these interests, they are not: and have never sexually practised these interests, these people can now be covertly detected by the Sexual Psychological Profilers: and these private interests can be published.
Publication often causes phenomenal mental corruption for the victim, the victims mental corruption can cause an increase in sensuality, assessment of this and further publication causes greater mental corruption: for the victim, a negative downward spiral often leading to psychopathic mode swings and suicidal ideation and suicide.
An alarming aspect is that corporates can induce homosexual and paedophile interests in any selected victim, subliminally brain wash and then sexually profile the victim and publish to destroy credibility, the objective, destroy credibility: drive the victim to suicide.
A further very alarming aspect is that so called self appointed gurus, these are children, psychopathic bullies, can with profiling knowledge set themselves up in groups in schools to sexually profile other children. Their word, malicious or otherwise, can be used to negate other children's brains to mental illness: and destruction.
The author published data pertinent to Ipswich Borough Councils unlawful oppressive behaviour on the internet, this opened a can of worms for the author. Supporting agents from local linked agencies, Ipswich Police, Masons, Social Services, Ipswich College adapted the authors brain to Homosexual and Paedophile interest, no unlawful offences were committed by the author. Extensive local publication of such interests and received abuse caused an increase in sensuality for the author and a further extensive publication of the further adaptation of the downward spiral and created phobias. Abuse by adults: drives the victims sexual interests down to children.
This book chronicles the whole event of the authors experience and investigation of sexual psychological profiling, this is mostly a dirty business: most people have no awareness for this science discipline. Most of the current projection for this science discipline is flawed.
A new part to this book has been added in March 2007 in parts 8,9, and 10. The harassment of the profiling escalated in 2006/2007. The authors analyses of this has caused many new phobias to appear, and new adaptations to lewd interest caused by the now familiar downward spiral. A new alarming aspect has appeared: in the authors assessment 8 out of 10 tests set up by amateur profilers cause false positive results and severe paranoia for the aware victim as well as the profilers. Also, tests were set up where the profiler lies to deliberately discredit the Author: this caused mental mode swings and short term excursions to fantasy of killing people and racism.
Some parents use children in tests, this mentally negates the children's brains, paedophile paranoia is rife: there are many amateurs now involved in sexual testing linked to vigilante groups. Many people, shop and business staff are now interested in analysing peoples sexual interests. The author believes that profiling data collected by professionals is held on secret government data bases. If a person being profiled is aware of what is happening and kills the profiler, it is very likely the court case be declared not in the public interest: and never published. There could be many occurrences of this type of event before an established pattern emerges of public awareness.
Any animal that is aware it is under surveillance adapts dramatically: when aware that you are being profiled the adaptations are horrendous. Realised false positives quickly destabilise brains. People can be deliberately made aware of testing, maliciously destabilising their brains: this is a very nasty political weapon. False positives increase in the downward spiral. For the author sexual profiling changed the established normal heterosexual interests: to something far different.
Testing set up by other members of ones family being realised causes the worst mental destability. Any realised covert activity by family causes the greatest mental destability. The mental instability caused to the author by profiling adapted his stable sexual colour interests map. Unemployed people with poor art in their very much spare time are now setting up very amateur sexual profiling tests.
Is It A Test Syndrome?
What I refer to as, 'is it a test syndrome', is pertinent to
people like me with a highly investigative brain. Invariably if
there is a test I will look to see if it is a test: and fail the
test. This has caused serious mental impairment for me.
A Very Dirty Trick The Malicious Profilers Use.
The standing tester asks a person to bend over facing them with
their head near his / her groyne as a person being tested walks
past the bent over persons bottom. The tester then lies to the
person bending over saying to the bent over person that the victim
looked at their bottom: so the victim is then maligned. This can
be repeated with other bent over people including bent over
children: the tester lying to further negate the victims
credibility. If the victim is aware of this happening this causes
incredible mental destability: and can cause violence to occur.
Psychologists could be attacked, college / university psychology
departments could be attacked. A similar incident to Dunblane or
the American university killings could occur.

This internet site was initially published to try to stop the closure of the Broomhill Swimming pool in Ipswich Suffolk: this activity was futile. Ipswich Borough Council forced the closure of Ipswich Airport against fierce local opposition. The Broomhill Pool was closed in the same manner. It is unlikely that the Broomhill pool will ever open.
This site is also dedicated to the memory of the Broomhill Swimming pool that closed in Ipswich for the last time in August 2002. This internet site was set up to bring attention to the corporate skulduggery of Ipswich Borough Council who wanted the pool closed. Ipswich people loved the pool and wanted the pool kept open, they also loved and wanted the retention of Ipswich Airport. Both these much loved local facilities were closed by Ipswich Borough Council: against the public wishes.
Ipswich Borough Council is one of the most corrupt councils in the U.K. The Broomhill swimming pool was closed because nobody at I.B.C. wanted to run the pool. I.B.C. had not the interest to run the pool professionally and safely: this is one of the reasons why the pool closed. The main reason the pool closed was for the same reason as the airport: to redevelop the site, another commercial deal, backhanders all round.
The leader of I.B.C. Peter Gardiner stated in the Evening Star Newspaper in 2003 That I.B.C. supported Broomhill and would do anything to keep it open. I.B.C. received eight million pounds from the airport land deal, ( That's the official published figure ), I.B.C. could have easily spent the three million, ( that's their estimate ), to fully refurbish the Broomhill pool. I.B.C. do what they want, to hell with the tax payers wishes. If I.B.C. wanted the Broomhill pool to remain open: the pool would be in use this year.
The politics that forced the closure of the Broomhill Pool are horrendous, I feel that the Chief Constable could have forced the issue to keep the pool open, this keeps youngsters out of trouble, keeps down local crime.
Social Services could have equally forced the issue, keep the kids off the streets, underprivileged children could have had free pass to use the pool at slack times, S.S. were silent alongside Ipswich College. Local connected councils, I.B.C. and Suffolk County Council, are the cash cow for the Police, Social Services, and the College. These three agencies will never force beneficial local policy and go up against the councils, they are only likely to contact the councils, walk in the back door, cap in hand, crawling, stating: can we please have some more money.
The paragraph below was published in 2002. This publication changed policy at Ipswich College, 'known as Suffolk College.' The college board is now mostly made up of professors from universities throughout the region. Ipswich/Suffolk College is now professionally managed running many degree courses.
Ipswich College like everything else in Ipswich is poor, I could write another book on the information that I receive about poor management there. It is rumoured that some local businesses do not accredit local qualifications. I was speaking to a girl that received her psychology degree in Ipswich, she dishonestly put a Cambridge university on her C.V. for her qualification, she stated to me, referring to Ipswich College, " you don't think that I was going to state that I got qualified there ". These psychologists have amazing stealth.
When Ipswich has a University: I sincerely hope that none of the clown management at Ipswich College take control of this University.
As a Norwich man I am used to better services than the services that are offered in Ipswich with the amazing political groups and stupidity that proliferates in this town. The latest craze is city status, we want to be a city. No doubt if city status is obtained the local plebs will all go crazy, if you give a starving dog a bone: just watch the adaptation in the mental state of the dog. Sick humour, a city with no outstanding architecture, Airport, Abbey, Castle, Cathedral, University Hospital, etc.
What a sad place Ipswich is, we have lost one of the last outstanding pieces of very useful local architecture, this is the Broomhill pool, much loved by all: apart from the selfish uncaring controlling hierarchical, " greedy pig ", management in this town.
Remember the Ipswich Angle, the I.B.C. publication, that free publication that extolled the wonders of I.B.C. That bilge that used to pour through the letter boxes of Ipswich peoples houses: that bilge spouting from the bottom of the editor in chief I.B.C's, chief executive James Hehir.
Remember what a fat publication it used to be, full of wonderful brain washing propaganda: loads of adverts for local businesses, what a sad little publication it is today, many local people now do not receive it.
Ipswich people need to know why this past wonderful organ of James Hehir is in such demise, why it is now skeletal. Perhaps the letter below sent out just before Christmas 2004 to the few ardent supporters, advertisers, that are left in the Ipswich Angle, will enlighten them.
