Is This Corporate Skulduggery By Ipswich Social Services?

A serious legal issue has now arisen with Social Services.

There is no court action yet: however, there may be a criminal charge actioned against the author of this site in the respect of a publication pertinent to his girlfriend.

This page was published on the internet on Sunday 31ST of August 2008. This content cannot be seen by the author as Sub Judicial as there has not been any police interview court order or indictment issued. This matter may never be taken to court, we will see. Updated Saturday 6TH September 2008.

Introduction.

There are further notes added to book-5 part 12 page 403 and thereafter.

At the request of my girlfriend, her photograph has been removed from another site and in the recordings of book-5 on this internet site at her request her names has also been changed. The name that I chose for her that is now published is Sarah Susan Love.

There is a legal issue that has arisen because of the publications in Book-5, and my girlfriends legal status in that she is completely under the control of Social Services and the psychiatric services. I published sexual event that was in our unusual relationship. I am now aware that although the publication was agreed by both parties: because of Sarah's protective legal status, the publication was unlawful. We were both in a poor mental state at the time, and I had forgotten her legal status: that I was fully aware of earlier in the year.

I am Anthony William Johns, the author of the book5, that effectively is just a series of notes that needs a lot of work: if it is ever to be a proper book. In it's present form, It is a diary, a chronicle of almost daily event, "that has serious science interest," from 1996 to 2008.

The author suffers from Bipolar Disorder and O.C.D. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder both these mental disorders are at low levels, and in the past as with the present, a persons mental state nearly always follows the same patterns.

In the past I have been mentally destabilised on two occasions with fault in relationships that are of girls that I am in love with that have lied. This causes for me hypomania, and sometimes a stupid mental state. Hypomania is explained further on in this text. The de-stability caused by faulty female relationships is published in other books on this site.

Between January this year (2008), up to the end of July, I have been very mentally destabilised by many events, but primarily the antics of my girlfriend that has been unfaithful and a problem to me, I felt that she was being unfaithful, but I could not prove it, this being the primary cause of the mental instability. This unfaithfulness was eventually proved.

The five year relationship has been started and stopped for periods of time and has been an unstable relationship. However I have kept with Sarah and did not want any body else. Although the relationship was very difficult I worked under the premise that a new partner can cause even more psychological damage: if the relationship goes in to fault.

The negativity of a downturn in the relationship since January 2008, this has caused a heart fibrillation problem and loss of sleep, I now cannot sleep without medication, at times this has caused depression, and for a very short period of time fear of the suicide of myself. Currently 29-08-08, there are no thoughts of suicide, the hypomania has gone, there is still slight depression, the crying bouts have gone. My G.P's are aware of the induced poor mental state for some time that has caused very serious paranoia. Currently, the paranoia has also gone.

Hypomania.

Hypomania increases the the speed of the operation of the thought process of the brain, in my case for at least 6 months because of induced problems my brain thought speed had increased by a factor of at least 2. This is highly productive, allows me to work at twice the brain speed for long periods, often 6 hours with short breaks to make a cup of tea.

With such hypomania I can work 60 - 70 hours a week, creating a lot of productive work, but the down side is that hypomania creates absolute tunnel vision in the respect of total concentration on projects to the exclusion of often very important matters, these matters get forgotten. This concentration is the obsessive aspect of OCD. I however in this respect over the years have developed tunnel vision anyway: in the absolute concentration on my work.

I am also very impulsive to protect life or to protect friends that are being or have been mentally negated. I also write to many organisations to protect life: and the negation of people, particularly in this respect: evidence of this is well chronicled throughout this internet site.

My relationship with Sarah Love is a classic differential love hate relationship. much higher love than hate. I love her but the mental impairment she causes me, makes me as is normal for everybody, retaliate, there has never been any retaliation with violence, and only anger on two recent occasions with verbal reprimand.

Below are some letters in support of the above. The first letter is to my girlfriend, her names are changed in accordance with the above, her address is omitted. The second letter is a copy of an e-mail sent to my youngest daughter.

This first letter written in haste is not representative of the whole picture. I published unusual aspects of our sex life to promote this site, and my other work and books on other sites. This shows the extent of the induced stupid mental state.

     As discussed Sunday. I published to get back at you for the way
     you have treated me, violence was not the way to do it, as other
     boyfriends have done to you in the past for two timing them and
     messing them about.

     I still have love for you, and respect in that throughout our
     five year relationship at times for long periods of times,
     you respected my work and did not interfere with this work:
     that is helping a lot of people at the moment, and will help
     many more people in the future.

     I also have respect for you in that you are pleased that your
     children are getting a better life than you ever could have

other matters made me hypomanic, this makes your brain race, and gives
you highly concentrated tunnel vision to the exclusion of almost
everything else.

To get back at her I published our unusual sex life on the internet, but
unfortunately I had forgotten the most important matter. This is that
she has learning difficulties, and is owned lock stock and barrel by the
state. As I have embarrassed the local government including social
services. They have asked my girlfriend to file a complaint.

This may lead to a court case. with very negative publicity. Your dad is
a plonker, when he makes a mistake: he makes a bloody big one.

I am not letting this worry me too much, there is nothing that can be
done about the inevitable, what will happen will happen. I am getting on
with my life, enjoying it, and I really do not give a toss.

Are you coming over this summer? I would be surprised if you do come
over, do you really want your daughter to see the amount of money that
is earned from your sisters prostitution, and the normalisation of what
she is doing in her projection of it? I think you are better off where
you are and forget the antics of the idiots up here, including my own
stupid antics.

The letter above to my daughter may seem blase as to what has happened, but I have had so much silliness this year and problems: I am putting this current problem to the back of my mind, nothing stops the legal process in this country, there is nothing that I can do about the current problem: I am not going to let it destroy me. I am trying to start a business, the problems with my girlfriend have put this business back 3 months.

The letter below is to my girlfriends carers. I had split up with Sarah at the time, I had arranged to be with Sarah for a dental appointment. I would now not be attending, I wanted Sarah to have care. I decided against a telephone call to Cephas as telephone calls are sometimes not acted upon. The attack on social Services.

In the first instance, is the link on this site to Graham Gatehouse head of Adult Care. Social Services, and other links to high ranking council officials that have endangered life, my primary concern on this internet site.

The second attack was impulsive, I was angry in the way Social Services had treated my girlfriend prior to her going in to Walkers Close, a mental unit, this was the main reason for her mental deterioration: that drove her there. This is highlighted in the letter below to Graham Gatehouse sent recorded delivery. There was also a copy sent to the local newspaper the Ipswich Evening Star. Corporates do not like this. Copyright notices also petrify Corporates in a complaint.

     Hi, Mike, as you are probably aware Sarah is in bungalow 4 Walkers
     close St. Clements because of serious alcohol abuse: that caused an
     horrendous schizophrenia attack. She has quickly overcome this
     with care and medication and talks fluently on the telephone.

     Sarah showed marked deterioration before going in to Walkers
     Close her main concern was that she was petrified of seeing a
     social worker, I have discussed this with her and it appears
     that she was very concerned in case the social worker brought
     her bad news about her children: she could not handle it.

     If there is good news, and if you have the resources, if there
     is good news about the children, perhaps a surprise visit to
     Walkers close is a possibility by her social worker, this will
     help Sarah a lot.

     I know Sarah has missed social worker appointments: I am sure
     that: she just could not handle it.

     It appears that Sarah received a letter from her social worker
     informing Sarah of an appointment to see this social worker.
     The letter must have been very formal: or it would not have
     affected Sarah in the manner as described above.

     Can you please see if you can set up a system where social
     workers communicating with vulnerable people if there is bad
     news then the social worker appears unannounced with support
     workers to help avoid unnecessary distress,

     If there is any hint of good news that a social worker can
     bring to such a person then this should be in the approach
     letter: and in the case of Sarah any hint of good news of
     her children would have made her happy and excited. She would
     have looked forward very much to seeing this social worker with
     this important meeting with the good news of her children and
     this meeting would not have been missed.

     Can you please let me know if such a system can be easily
     implemented: and has been put in place.

The original e-mail copy sent to Mr Mike Moran two days earlier, 22ND July e-mailed to - To:customer.first@socserv.suffolkcc.gov.uk. This is an Adult Social Service unit based at Needham Market in Suffolk about 10 miles from Ipswich, Mr Graham Gatehouse in his reply letter that I received on the 9TH of August stated that Mike Moran did not receive the e-mail, neither did the department.

The most interesting thing is Sarah was seen in the mental hospital about my publication the same day as I sent the e-mail on the 22ND of July in the mental unit: and the interview negated her mental state so much that she was ill in bed for three days. This is not new. Virtually every psychiatrist that I have ever seen has negated my brain. When I was in the main St. Clements hospital 13 years ago: I was abused by staff negating my brain. Any communication to social services in the last 15 years has been negative.

The E-mail to Mike Moran was not bounced back to me as undelivered, so it was received and I believed acted upon to save the credibility of social services by the visit to the hospital to try to instigate a legal action against me, malicious, retaliatory, and the copy of the letter that I sent to the local newspaper, as published above, forced them in to retaliatory action. S.S. are not bothered as to how much they negate my girlfriends brain as long as they can destroy my credibility.

It's amazing how people are off work ill, or on holiday, when the shit hits the fan. Also letters do not get received: I had good experience of this in 1992 with Ipswich Borough Council, as published on this site. You will never see better engineering than from corporates that do anything to destroy the opposition of any whistle blower that goes up against them.

The reply letter from Social Services, Gatehouse did not reply, the work was delegated as always, the letter is presented below.

     Over the last few years I have had various meetings with a Mr.
     Michael Marshall the stepfather of Miss Sarah Love when she lived
     in Kingsway, and at her sisters when her sister lived in Badshaw
     Avenue, and at Sarah's flat when she lived in Kingsway xxx? And
     since the middle of last year at Sarah's flat at xx xxxxxxdxxxx.
     Mr. Marshall is banned from her sisters house because he was also
     causing continuous trouble there.

     Since Sarah has lived at xxxxxxd way, as my girlfriend, I visited
     her and met Miss xxx-xxxn xxxxxh address 26? rest of address not
     known, lives near by, and Mr. xxxxx xxxxy who lives in xxxxxxxd
     Avenue nearby. Sarah's estimated mental age is 9 years old, my
     assessment of xxx xxxx, similar, and I believe xxxxxxx mental
     age is assessed at five years old.

     We all got on well most of the time, xxx talks loud watches a lot
     of TV, so I usually avoided her most of the time and spent time
     in the bedroom with Sarah, we listened to music. Although there
     is not much mental compatibility from me with the group, Sarah
     and I got on well and I wanted to marry Sarah: if she stopped
     drinking, she has increased drinking over the last six months
     and I told her that I would not marry her until she stopped
     drinking.

     Sarah has a lot older sense of humour that I like, we both like
     the same humour, we both love the same music, love songs, we both
     like to cuddle a lot we enjoyed a good sex life. Sarah would
     not interfere with my science work, and I saw Sarah at night
     after work, and at the weekends and gave her absolute freedom
     to enjoy her life with her friends: as long as she was faithful
     to me.

     About Three months ago Marshall pretended that the vacuum cleaner
     kept failing for no apparent reason, he was near Sarah's
     mobile phone when it rang xxx xxxxx phone across the room when
     Sarah and xxx where in the room. He maintained that he had not
     interfered with Sarah's phone, he said the house was spooked,
     ghosts in the house, this absolutely mentally destabilised
     Sarah and xxx xxxx, I managed to stabilise Sarah, telling her
     there were no such spiritual things,

     Sarah was well on the way to being back in the mental hospital.
     I threatened Marshall, that if he did this again, I would
     bash the *ucking hell out of him. Sarah has not slept well
     since this happened, Marshall in the past has also tried to spook
     Sarah's sister with such stupidity.

     Sarah told me, please confirm this with her, her sister also has
     knowledge of this, that Marshall used to wind up Sarah's daughter
     xxxxxx and her sisters daughter xxxxx, before Sarah's children
     were taken in to care. When they were all together, he wound the
     kids up to watch them physically attack each other, bash the
     hell out of each other, I hope that you get this confirmed.

     In the last few months when Michael Marshall was at the flat he
     would bring alcohol to Sarah, they would both get drunk, he would
     get aggressive and bully and argue the disabled people there
     Miss xxxxxx, and Mr. xxxxx, to the point where xxxxx and xxx had
     to be restrained from attacking Mr. Marshall. If xxxxx had hit
     Mr. Marshall at any time, he has not the ability to defend himself
     well in court, he would very likely have got a custodial sentence.

     When Michael was aggressive to me, I always said I am going in to
     the bedroom, and I would listen to some music, get out of the
     idiots way. It appeared as though he was trying to get myself and
     Sarah's Friends out of the flat, Marshall has made sexual advances
     to Sarah. It appears to me that he wanted Sarah to himself for
     booze and sex.

     Sarah's sister and family are the family from hell and her
     sisters children are thieves, xxxxxxxxs, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
     xxxxxxxx. If these children stay overnight at Sarah's, they go
     through all her cupboards and look everywhere, looking for
     money, and Sarah has to sleep on her handbag, and has woke up
     to find the children trying to get in to her handbag.

     I understand that one of your social workers is seeing Sarah

     of the above. Cephas are aware, I have copies of various e-mails

     Sarah has been unfaithful to me, without my knowledge, confirmed
     by xxx-xxxx Sunday last, Sarah did not get the venereal disease
     not yet off the bloke, however, it is more likely that such a
     venereal disease NSU (non-specific urethritis is transmitted
     sexually. I got the disease, I kept asking Sarah she had been
     faithful, she said yes continuously, I have not had another sexual
     contact for 2 years. and was tested OK very early this year.

     The symptoms for this disease are mostly hidden, although I
     knew there was something seriously wrong with me, I lost 10% of
     my body weight in a month, This disease can kill within two
     years if if not treated. Acid levels in the body are increased
     by this disease: destroying  major organs. Sarah was given a very
     heavy dose of antibiotics at the Ipswich Hospital sexual health
     clinic in front of me: to kill this infection.

     I assaulted Mr. Marshall, on Tuesday 01 07 08 The police in
     realisation of the evidence that I presented to them, as pasted
     below, and my pertinent statement to them, they dropped the ABH
     charge down to common assault, I was cautioned for the offence
     no trial, released, told to not let such event happen again.

     You have forensic and other data held on your data base about me,
     no sexual offences. For the past 12 years, in my assessment I have
     been continuously sexually profiled, when a test is set up, I usually
     fail the test by looking to see if it is a test, this is a product
     of my highly investigative brain. Most of the data on your data base

     I will never sexualise a child. this will never happen. I still
     fantasise about Sarah. Sarah was aware throughout the relationship
     that as well as direct sexual pleasure with her, that I masturbated
     fantasising about her, I still do.

     In view of the fact that I probably got the sexual disease through
     having oral sex with Sarah, nice one, this is the second time I have
     licked another mans sperm with her, I am very unhappy about this
     and due to the fact that this or any other sexual disease could have
     caused my premature death, I am not happy. I have been faithful to
     Sarah, helped her as much as I can with considerable adversity. I
     doubt the relationship will resume. I still look at wedding
     dresses.

     I view of her recent behaviour, serious alcohol abuse, and the
     unbelievable problems that her family impose on any acquaintance
     of Sarah's, I think she is not suitable to see her children yet.

     internet sites, and relevant back up data for the sites. There
     was also a back up disk of Software.

     Sarah was keeping these disks in case there was a fire at my
     house and my data base copies on computers and disks were
     destroyed. Sarah's family, the family from hell were at at her
     flat on Tuesday last, The family demanded the disk, and took
     it away.

     The Family was her sister Denese, Graham her partner, and the
     two boys xxxxx, and xxx. This was the information given to me
     on Wednesday last. There is no new criminal activity by me on
     this disk that the police are not aware of. There is nothing
     illegal on this disk. What concerns me are letters to my
     relatives and friends and their recorded telephone numbers.

     This is my property, the family were aware of this, I want them
     prosecuted for theft, I am prepared to go to court about this
     issue. I enclose a copy of the disk from my archive, the data
     disk in this family's possession will have similar if not
     identical text on the cover as per the disk I am supplying to
     you. Both disks should be verified as having 565,054,121 bytes
     of data intact, and should be an exact copy of the disk that I
     am now supplying to you.

     Please investigate this matter, if a search warrant is used
     there may be other stolen property at the family's house. Her
     sister is Denese xxxxxxxx, the address I believe is xxx
     xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Ipswich. I believe the children xxxxx and
     xxx are xxxxxxxxx, both children have police records 
     If there is a new lawn mower at the house, please record
     details, as there was one stolen from a house near me, any of
     the xxxxxxxx children could be friendly with a car owner, a
     car would be needed to convey this stolen mower.

     I do not think that this family are aware of Mr. Michael
     Marshalls account of his behaviour with Miss xxxxxx last
     Monday. I will advise them of his behaviour, and suggest that
     they check this out with Social Services who are involved as
     expected with this family. The family will receive an account
     of Mr Marshalls Behaviour from me. This being the reason for me
     kicking Mr. Marshall to keep him out of the flat so the whole

     Michael Marshall the stepfather of Miss Sarah Love when she lived

     since the middle of last year at Sarah's flat at xx xxxxxxx xxx.
     Mr. Marshall is banned from her sisters house because he was also
     causing continuous trouble there.

     known, lives near by, and Mr. xxxxx xxxxx who lives in Marigold
     Avenue nearby. Sarah's estimated mental age is 9 years old, my
     assessment of xxx xxxx, similar, and I believe xxxxxxx mental
     age is assessed at five years old.

     We all got on well most of the time, xxx talks loud watches a lot
     of TV, so I usually avoided her most of the time and spent time
     in the bedroom with Sarah, we listened to music. Although there
     is not much mental compatibility from me with the group, Sarah
     and I got on well and I wanted to marry Sarah: if she stopped
     drinking, she has increased drinking over the last six months,
     and I told her that I would not marry her until she stopped
     drinking.

     Sarah has a lot older sense of humour that I like, we both like
     the same humour, we both love the same music, love songs, we both
     like to cuddle a lot we enjoyed a good sex life. Sarah would
     not interfere with my science work, and I saw Sarah at night
     after work, and at the weekends and gave her absolute freedom
     to enjoy her life with her friends: as long as she was faithful
     to me.

     About Three months ago Marshall pretended that the vacuum cleaner
     kept failing for no apparent reason, he was near Sarah's

     interfered with Sarah's phone, he said the house was spooked
     ghosts in the house, this absolutely mentally destabilised
     Sarah and xxx xxxx, I managed to stabilise Sarah, telling her

     Sarah was well on the way to being back in the mental hospital.
     I threatened Marshall, that if he did this again, I would
     bash the *ucking hell out of him. Sarah has not slept well
     since this happened, Marshall in the past has also tried to spook
     Sarah's sister with such stupidity.

     Sarah told me, please confirm this with her, her sister also has
     knowledge of this, that Marshall used to wind up Sarah's daughter
     xxxxxx and her sisters daughter xxxxx, before Sarah's children
     were taken in to care. When they were all together, he wound the
     kids up to watch them physically attack each other, bash the
     hell out of each other, I hope that you get this confirmed.

     In the last few months when Michael Marshall was at the flat he
     would bring alcohol to Sarah, they would both get drunk, he would
     get aggressive and bully and argue the disabled people there,
     Miss xxxxxx, and Mr. xxxxx, to the point where xxxxx and xxx had
     to be restrained from attacking Mr. Marshall. If xxxxx had hit
     Mr. Marshall at any time, he has not the ability to defend himself
     well in court, he would very likely have got a custodial sentence.

     When Michael was aggressive to me, I always said I am going in to
     the bedroom, and I would listen to some music, get out of the
     idiots way. It appeared as though he was trying to get myself and
     Sarah's Friends out of the flat, Marshall has made sexual advances
     to Sarah. It appears to me that he wanted Sarah to himself for
     booze and sex.

     Sarah's sister and family are the family from hell and her
     sisters children are thieves, xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
     xxxxxxxxx If these children stay overnight at Sarah's, they go
     through all her cupboards and look everywhere, looking for
     money, and Sarah has to sleep on her handbag, and has woke up
     to find the children trying to get in to her handbag.

     I understand that one of your social workers is seeing Sarah
     on Friday,

     not yet off the bloke, however, it is more likely that such a
     venereal disease NSU (non-specific urethritis is transmitted
     sexually. I got the disease, I kept asking Sarah she had been
     faithful, she said yes continuously, I have not had another sexual
     contact for 2 years. and was tested OK very early this year.

     The symptoms for this disease are mostly hidden, although I
     knew there was something seriously wrong with me, I lost 10% of
     my body weight in a month, This disease can kill within two
     years if if not treated. Acid levels in the body are increased
     by this disease: destroying  major organs. Sarah was given a very
     heavy dose of antibiotics at the Ipswich Hospital sexual health
     clinic in front of me: to kill this infection.

     I assaulted Mr. Marshall, on Tuesday 01 07 08 The police in
     realisation of the evidence that I presented to them, as pasted
     below, and my pertinent statement to them, they dropped the ABH
     charge down to common assault, I was cautioned for the offence,
     no trial, released, told to not let such event happen again.

     no sexual offences. For the past 12 years, in my assessment I have
     been continuously sexually profiled, when a test is set up, I usually
     fail the test by looking to see if it is a test, this is a product

The letter below highlights the poor facilities at the St. Clements mental hospital. There was an article published in the local paper a few days later regards serious improvements at this mental hospital, and a new unit being built at the local NHS hospital with better facilities including psychological therapies. The down side is that land has to be sold off at St. Clements to pay for this, and in the current economic down turn this is not going to happen for some time, may be years. There was no reply from Andrea Hill to my letter. The copyrighting of this letter could have prompted the newspaper article.

     amongst intelligent people that the mental health care in
     Suffolk is inferior to many other areas. Suicide rate high,
     numerous coroners criticisms.

     I have written a landmark book regards mental illness analyses

     This free e-book if advertised in the New Scientist Magazine
     to attract the attention of healthcare psychiatrists and
     psychologists will pave the way to dramatic changes in the
     psychological advance for the now well known psychological
     approach with drugs to help people recover from mental illness.

     In my assessment, a thousand pounds investment in advertising
     to advertise this book,( New Scientist and other peer reviewed
     superior journals will not accept a trash book publication ),
     will not only save Suffolk Mental Health Services a lot of
     money: far in excess of any tax deductible expenditure,
     nationally, internationally, this expenditure will be
     infinitesimal in relation to the return on psychological health
     care advance.

Can you please get you principles to look at the free e-book there, I am
looking for investment: and I feel sure that you will get a return on
this investment, in created psychological teachings to adults and
children that have explanations from this book.

What I want is up to 1000 pounds to advertise my book in the New

     Hi, Mike, as you are probably aware Sarah is in bungalow 4 Walkers
     close St. Clements because of serious alcohol abuse: that caused an
     horrendous schizophrenia attack. She has quickly overcome this
     with care and medication and talks fluently on the telephone.

     Sarah showed marked deterioration before going in to Walkers
     Close her main concern was that she was petrified of seeing a
     social worker, I have discussed this with her and it appears
     that she was very concerned in case the social worker brought
     her bad news about her children: she could not handle it.

     If there is good news, and if you have the resources, if there
     is good news about the children, perhaps a surprise visit to
     Walkers close is a possibility by her social worker, this will
     help Sarah a lot.

     I know Sarah has missed social worker appointments: I am sure
     that: she just could not handle it.

There is reference below to my attempt to set up a system in Suffolk to stop paedophiles re:offending, there was no reply, also I have not seen anything pertinent published in the local papers about this issue. There was of course no reply!

     Churches are made aware of this article, and it's supposed
     credibility. I hope that convicted sex offenders can be helped
     with this system: to stop their re:offending, this usually
     caused by their social exclusion causing sexual fantasy and
     causing recurrent sexual offending.

     If Church organisations are used, I do not see the need to try
     to brain wash sex offenders with religion, this may not be the
     way forward.

     Please respond with a reply as to what is happening to promote
     this issue.
