The issue of complaint from two of the clients that have support
workers and the support workers involved was that the management
would not take action in areas of cause for concern that were
endangering the lives: and negating the mental states of people
in their care.
The principles that were identified in not acting effectively on client and support worker complaints was General Manager David Finch and Domiciliary Care Manager Sharon Bot. I had to consider, what action would I take to get the problems addressed. The information I had was that the management would not listen to complaints, and as I am the boyfriend of one of the clients in the care of Cephas, if I wrote a letter of complaint: I felt that the problems would not be addressed, a different course of action was needed. I have experience in attacking corporates that endanger life, this is the third such corporate that I have exposed on the internet.
Cephas.
Action.
I decided to make a preliminary attack on the Cephas management that
involved their possible exposure in a local paper: and make their
funding and support agencies aware that there was a problem. This
would certainly get the managements full attention. My intention
was not to get Cephas shut down as the support workers in the field
give a very good account of themselves in the work that they do. The
problem was the management ignored very relevant complaints from
the clients, these complaints conveyed through the support workers
to the management: that were not responding to these serious
complaints.
Aim.
My aim is to get the funding and government control agencies for this
business to act to ensure a good complaints system is in place at
Cephas where information is collected by support workers: and any
complaint problems addressed. The funding and control agencies may
ask for members of the management team to be replaced. This is their
business. Links to this internet page and an e-mail letter will be
sent to all the funding and control agencies for them to address this
complaints procedure and associated problems. The list of these
agencies and my attack on the Cephas management is presented further
down this page in the heading: The Specimen Cephas Attack.
Endangering life.
The corporate you are going to attack has very little legal issue for
redress: if they have endangered life, this includes negating a
clients brain. Use this very effectively.
Decide if the business is mostly good. Decide whether you want to get
the business shut down or get the offending key figures of management
removed: or just get the management problems addressed. Work out
carefully how you are going to achieve this. Analyse the information
very carefully that you have collected about the corporate: and how
best to get the problem or problems resolved.
Be absolutely honest.
Do not exaggerate or lie: in the collection of evidence, get signed
witness statements and photographs if necessary. Photograph offices
and staff of the business, use photographs and photographic evidence
to substantiate your claim. If you have a computer use a downloader
and down load their internet site in case this is changed after your
attack or publication to the
managements advantage. Save photographs of management and key personal
off internet sites, right click your mouse on the image to be
down loaded, and down load it, these can be printed and used
as evidence.
Collect all the evidence for your complaint, tie it up legally.
Send lots of paper letters of complaint before you mount your
attack. If there is no response,
bring this to the managements attention in subsequent letters, use
data from these letters for a web page or site publication: or a
paper presentation.
Letter Post.
In the UK The recorded delivery letter post is very
effective. When you go to the post office make sure that when your
receipt is date stamped: that it is legible. If the date stamp cannot
easily be read, ask for the receipt to be carefully date stamped
again. You can also ask for a proof of posting receipt. When your
letter gets to the sorting office it will be electronically
scanned and on the U.K. Main post office data base.
This letter now receipted as being on the system can be checked for
delivery on the Royal Mail web site. You now have the means to have
the posting of this letter and the delivery authenticated.
Always get a receipt for the postage charge and staple this to the receipt recorded delivery slip. File all receipts carefully. Always put the recorded delivery number off the recorded delivery slip on the letter when you create it. Create your letters in such a way that they can be easily copied or pasted to be presented in a court of law or published on your internet site or page.

Get It Right.
I decided to make an attack by letter post and e-mail on Cephas to
panic the management in to a response. I also e-mailed the letter to
all the managers on the day they received the recorded delivery
letter. From the feedback that I got
this put the management in turmoil. I had a lot of projects running
at the time, I also had health problems, and I made a mistake in
the drafting of the letter. This as always turned to my advantage,
this was an oversight in the layout of the letter, the email
response from David Finch the manager of Cephas was that he was going
to start legal action against me in that I had decimated the character
of Sharon Bot The Domiciliary Care Manager, who was the
major offender.
My reply e-mail to David Finch the manager of Cephas is pasted first. My e-mail letter to the local newspaper and sent out to other parties is pasted below this.

Mr. Finch. I read with interest your response e-mail to my complaint, as
per the subject matter of this e-mail: There Is No Smoke Without Fire.
Where you state that you have had a number of compliments about your
service, this should have read a number of complaints about your
service, as carers have often complained to Sharon Bott for the resumed
need of letter post rotas: that the disabled people that are your
clients, your bread and butter, these people can then refer to these
paper rotas that name carers to easily keep appointments.
To send out telephone text messages to clients where as you say the
wrong number had been given to you was unprofessional, you should have
asked for a confirmation text of receipt in the first communication.
Disabled people, learning difficulties, abused, often angered because of
child abuse have difficulty in explaining themselves, and there was an
inaccuracy in my letter to you stating that two of your clients had to
wait in five days a week not knowing when carers were arriving. This is
actually a few days per week.
The carers that have attended your clients long term usually make
appointments when they call pertinent to the next visit. This was the
reference in my letter to the staff turning up on time. New carers do
not make arrangements, often there is no communication from your office,
the girls have to wait at home all day for a carer not knowing when a
carer will arrive. This is the house arrest that I am referring too.
Security Issue. The clients are also concerned as they do not know the
names of new carers that arrive so they can check their names before
they let these people in to their homes.
I hope that this clarifies the situation, and from now on your clients
receive well in advance by letter post: weekly rotas.
I thank you,
I am Yours Sincerely,
Anthony W Johns.
Mr. Johns
Our solicitors is Patrick Conney of fairweather Stephenson's, I will
inform him of our situation and what legal action can be taken for your
decimation of character of Sharon Bot.
In addition rotas have been phoned to Sarah but I understand she had
given us the wrong number, this has now been rectified.
Sarah is more than able to go out on her own so cannot understand this
house arrest
That you are talking about.
I can assure you that I have had a number of compliments about our
services, also if Sarah does not know how can you state that our staff
always turn up on time ?
Many thanks

This E-mail is legal, the recorded delivery letter sent to you is
academic. To not sign for the recorded delivery letter will be
published. Please let me know when you have dispensed with the
services of Sharon Bot.
Copies of the recorded delivery letter was sent out to various agencies including the local newspaper. I did not expect the local newspaper to publish, however, this creates panic with the management: it wakes them up!

This letter was sent to you by email, yesterday, Sarah is ill
with cystitis and will not be at home until after 7 tonight, she
will be at home from tomorrow Wednesday.
Re; the letter pasted below this text sent recorded delivery to
Cephas, this letter still in the Royal mail system and will not be
received by Cephas until Wednesday.
Sarah Love is my Girlfriend, Sarah and her friend Sxx-Exxx are
prepared to allow you to conduct an interview regards this issue
with a photograph of the two girls and possibly Cxxxxxxxxxx,
the boyfriend of Sxx-Exxx who is also disabled. Cxxxxxxxxxx is not
under the care of Cephas.
Amazing, this issue has been going on for months, I telephoned
Cephas on Thursday last to ask for the correct name and title of
Sharon Bot who is responsible for rotas so I could write to her.
On Saturday last all Cephas disabled people received a
questionnaire asking them to report on their level of care
and any problems.
Cephas has claimed recently that they are short of money, and
cannot send out rotas, if you check their website URL at the
bottom of the letter, you will see a nice Mercedes car outside
the Cephas building.
Cephas will say they try to phone, sometimes they do, however,
it appears that Sarah possibly has OCD, St. Clements are now
aware of this. And Sarah often forgets to switch on her phone
Telephone Numbers witheld to all parties outside Cephas and the
Evening Star Newspaper.
I do not want to gain political footage out of this incident,
this is between you and the girls.
You may be able to contact both girls tomorrow, although they
have no idea when carers are coming to see them, no rota, so
they will not be at home at some time during the day.
The recorded delivery letter that I sent to Cephas is pasted below, note the recorded delivery letter number typed in to the letter at the top. I obtained written signed statements from the Cephas clients Sarah and Sxx-Exxx as to what the problems were.

SUBJECT- HOUSE ARREST FOR THESE DISABLED PEOPLE IS INHUMAN.
Dear Madam,
I am the boyfriend of Miss Sarah Love, one of the disabled people
that unfortunately falls under your care.
To the positive. Your staff always turn up on time to attend to my
girlfriends needs: and the staff are friendly, provide good care
and carry out their duties professionally.
To the negative. Your Unprofessionalism. I get very angered when
life is endangered. The issue here is the constant complaining
to you from your field staff to you to no avail: that rotas of
visit times to clients have not been sent out in advance by
letter post for months to the disabled people in your care.
These disabled people never know when your carers are coming to
visit: so consequently they have to wait at home isolated, often
for much of the day: waiting for a carer to arrive. This very
effectively puts these people under house arrest for much of the
day, five days a week: when they could be out visiting friends.
As you should be aware, Sarah has learning difficulties, and
mental health issues, principally schizophrenia, OCD? Sarah
had four children taken away from her by social services. This
she describes as having your heart and stomach ripped out. Most
of the people that I have ever met have a stigma against
people that have children taken away from them.
Well the news is for the people that think like that: if they
had learning difficulties, and because of this: they were
severely abused by the current school system, and very suddenly
they are the parent of four children: with a useless partner,
they would also have their children taken away from them.
Most of the people that have children taken away from them in
this circumstance, finish up under the care of the mental
health services, mentally impaired for life, supported for life,
a considerable burden to the tax payer. Sarah stays in bed a lot
depressed because she cannot go out in case carers appointments
are missed. Fortunately, Sarah does not have suicidal tendencies,
or with your extreme lack of care regards this issue, she could
another dead person.
House arrest considerably negates the mental state of these
people, and this practise increases their depression. Sarah like
many others in this situation has an alcohol problem, and she is
trying to give up her addiction to alcohol. Staying at home for
long periods most days does not help. You are very effectively
negating the mental states of some very vulnerable depressed
people.
Re: the statements on the Cephas web site.'Quote' 1. Positive
About Disabled People. 2. We want Cephas Care to be a foundation
of security and freedom for all those seeking our support.
Not much freedom when you have to stay at home for most of the
day.
You are not projecting the level of care as witnessed by me
and your field workers: that a person in your position needs
to project. You need to be repaced Sharon Bot by a much more
caring person.
I would like a return letter of explanation.
I am,
Yours Sincerely,
Tony Johns.

Sarah Love is the girlfriend of Anthony Johns. Sxx-Exxx is a

have complained to Cephas carers that offer a care service to
them both about the following.
A STATEMENT MADE AND AGREED BY BOTH SXX-EXXX FXXXXX
AND Sarah LXXXX TO ANTHONY JOHNS.
Our problems with Cephas that for months we have complained that
we no longer receive by letter post a printed rota informing us
of carers visiting times. The carers that we have had visit us
for a long time always turn up at times we have arranged with
them. The new carers often do not telephone, this keeps us
housebound for at least 2 days or more a week.
We prefer a paper rota with the names of the people that visit us
and the times they are coming to visit: so we know who is coming
to see us. We can then confirm who is at the door before we open
the door to a carer. The above has been brought to the attention
of the Cephas domiciliary care manager, many times, by the carers
that call to see us. No action has been taken by Cephas
management to resolve these problems.

MR. DAVID FINCH,
MANAGER,
CEPHAS CARE,
UNITS 5-7,
ALFA BUSINESS PARK,
WHITEHOUSE ROAD,
IPSWICH SUFFOLK.
Dear Mr. Finch.
I expected retaliation from you: but not in the manner it was
effected. I saw one of your support workers, Alex, Friday last
with Sarah, my girlfriend. Alex said you thought that I was
taking advantage of Sarah because of her learning difficulties
in that I had published in small part sexual matters about our
relationship on the internet.
Before publication, I discussed this sexual publication matter
in detail with Sarah and she fully understood the details:
and agreed to the publication. In front of Alex when questioned
on this matter, Sarah said that she did not understand these
matters, this is Sarah's cop out, I have witnessed this many
times when she does not want to get involved in a discussion.
The bulk of the published content, the body of text, is to do with
the difficulties in our relationship, mostly from her ignorant
family: and what I do to help Sarah. Sarah knows that I will
not do anything wilfully to hurt her. Alex said you were going
to try to stop our relationship, this has impaired Sarah's
mental state dramatically because we depend on each other:
and love each other as published. Obviously this has impaired
my mental state as well.
Sarah has OCD and suffers schizophrenia at times. I have OCD
and bipolar illness. We are both registered with the mental
health services: both on medication, and both receive support
for these mental impairments from the mental health services.
My mental health support G.P. is Dr. Haig, Derby road surgery
in Ipswich. My psychiatrist is in Essex. Sarah does not always
take her prescribed medication, I do, and because I take the
medication correctly: I have not had any delusion for a number
of years.
Because of your retaliatory action, I told Sarah not to sign
any letters or a contract with your company, there currently is
no contract. I stated that Social Services may now crawl out of
the woodwork, Sarah has not seen a social worker for 7 months.
I told Sarah that Cephas or S.S. May want her to record an
interview, and may take her to an office for this. Sarah is
very timid and has avoided carers so far this week because of
this, she is now frightened because of this.
Perhaps you will write to Sarah, and send me a copy of the
letter informing her that you will NOT take any action to negate
her brain further directly: or through other agencies. Putting
Sarah under house arrest, and other matters that I have brought
to your attention: has been enough mental impairment for this
young woman.
I am,
Yours Sincerely,
Anthony W Johns.
Sarah avoided carers until Wednesday 02 04 08 when she saw Alex her most trusted support worker, in a conversation with Alex words were stated by Alex that we both understood to mean that Cephas management were going to try to stop our relationship. In an e-mail from Alex she stated that I was mistaken in what Sarah and I had heard. I have a very great respect for Alex who goes to unimaginable lengths to support the people in her care. The e-mail from Alex and my reply is pasted below. The e-mail address for Alex is not published: as this is her private e-mail address. Sarah is not bothered what I publish on the internet about her, she knows that I will not do anything to harm her.

What, I said in fact was that I hoped the web site containing information about Sarah (which incidentally) I have not read, did not jeopardise your relationship with her. Cephas are dealing with the matters you have raised and were concerned that you had sent highly sensitive and personal information about one of its clients to a local newspaper. Like me they are also concerned that you are recording personal information about our client on the internet. We have a duty to support and protect Sarah. To, alex.xxxxx@btinternet.com PG 18. This letter contains foul language,( vulgar swear slang terminology, and reference to sexual matters, ( do not read any further if you are offended by such material.) Precious Alex, I hope that you do not mind me calling you precious, the word precious is used as a revere reference. All the carers, support workers, that I have met over the last few years that work for Cephas have been very caring and helpful: to the total exclusion Of Love who was useless. When I first saw Love and her car where she had put her name on back of the car I said to Sarah "She's a fucking wanker", this proved to be true, and Love through lack of care projection was eventually forced to leave Cephas, I believe, by pressure from the other excellent carers. Remember me to Jean, she was fantastic the same as you, she left Cephas, I have not seen Jean for a couple of years. Sarah and I often talk affectionately about Jean. Our favourite memory, Sarah is highly sexed, many young women today are, and one day I said to Jean referring to Sarah, " Sarah is highly sexed, she's fucking me to death," Jean replied in a rather posh voice, " Oh Sarah how could you, Tony is much older than you, you have to be careful with him," Sarah and I often recall this incident, and we laugh about it. Jean knew that I cared and loved Sarah, and when Sarah was unfaithful to me with an idiot: Jean in a very stern, angry and different voice said to Sarah, "Sarah, you've really fucked up this time". I stopped the relationship with Sarah for a while until she finally realised the guy she had shagged was an idiot: and we started dating each other again. We refer affectionately to Jean, as "Jean the bean," Jean wanted Sarah to eat more beans to reduce Sarah's weight. I hope that I did not cause you any problems in the way that I drafted the letter to David Finch 0839.txt. The reference words used in our conversation, that I used may not be exact, my apologies for this. I hope this did not distract you from your duties to the people and family that you care for. The subjective from our conversation was that David Finch was going to try to stop my relationship with Sarah and this subjective is further confirmed in the analyses of the content of your e-mail pasted above that you sent to me. Thanks, to you and your associate field workers for approaching the management of Cephas to try to get the care problems addressed. Cephas crap management did not respond, your requests fell on deaf ears, and the mental states of the clients under managements care: carried on being negated. Still no paper rota,s Today, Sarah phoned Cephas on Monday the 31St of March to find out rota times. Sarah was given the names and times this week of carers that were calling to see her over the telephone, she wrote the details down in true Sarah style on a little piece of paper. Then when she cleared up later, binned the small piece of paper by mistake. Sarah needs a printed rota to hang on her notice board in the kitchen. A copy of this e-mail will go to Cephas management. Hopefully, the management, they can e-mail me rota's weekly in advance for the following week that I can print and hang on Sarah's notice board at the weekends when I see her. Also, as David Finch pointed out Sarah can walk: and because Sarah is mobile she needs to see carers early in the day: so this does not make her housebound. I do not control Sarah, she has a free hand to go where she likes do what she likes as long as she does not have sex with any other man. Sarah does not interfere with my work, and this is our agreement. We have fixed times to see each other weekly. The relationship works well for both of us. I am disappointed with David Finches response, the subjective analyses from our discussion and your e-mail is that he is still trying to stop me seeing Sarah: to break the link between me, Cephas clients, Cephas support workers to Cephas crap management. Sarah knows that I will never do anything to hurt her: and she is happy that my published material without interference from Cephas management and from other local agencies will not hurt her. I support Sarah a lot, you may remember at Christmas Social Services negated Sarah's brain considerably in that prior to Christmas, Sarah had an appointment with S.S.to attend with a Cephas Carer to pick up the Christmas cards and presents from her children that are fostered. When Sarah and the carer arrived at S.S. at the due time, Sarah and the carer were told that S.S. were too busy, the presents and cards would have to be collected after Xmas. This was very cruel: and upset Sarah very much. I offered to bring in the press, my offer was not agreeable with Sarah and her carer, and the presents and cards were eventually picked up some time after Xmas. Re; the Alex e:mail, reference pasted below. Cephas are dealing with the matters you have raised and were concerned that you had sent highly sensitive and personal information about one of its clients to a local newspaper. Like me they are also concerned that you are recording personal information about our client on the internet. We have a duty to support and protect Sarah. Reply From AWJ continued. If Sarah is unhappy with anything I do and makes a representation to me about this matter, I will soon correct this. You, the carers support Sarah, the management is crap, For me to write to the management as her boyfriend would not have done any good. To alert other agencies had the desired affect, this made David Finch and his managements anal sphincter muscles oscillate. Nice One. I would think the Evening Star Newspaper reporters are covered under confidentiality agreements, and cannot disclose information to other parties unless agreed. What really got to David Finch and Co, was a possible newspaper article publication about his crap management: in the respect of domiciliary care. Sarah's Christian name only appears in my publications, her current address and previous address is not published. Sarah is a very common name and I doubt that her friends would link the name to her. None of her friends that I am aware of have internet access. Only three of her friends know me, and as far as I know no other friends excluding her and my family know of our relationship. Sarah is paranoid that her friends may be attracted to me, and for this reason she keeps me secret. Since Xmas, in support of Sarah, I have taken her to the dentists twice, doctors three times, Trotman court family health centre, the A&E walk in clinic on Landseer road in Ipswich twice, and Sarah has stayed with me twice when she was ill. There is a paper trail of letters to Doctors and her mental health support team from me. And I currently sort out other problems for her. This week I addressed the problem of E:ON her electric and gas suppliers. I reduced Sarah's electric bill from 150 pounds to a few pounds, and I stopped a court order being sent to her house by A.W.A. Please refer to the letter pasted below. A.W.A. Forgot to put the extension of 8 on the year 2008. Legally, because of this mistake A.W.A could not have enforced their claim. You will see that I ridiculed A.W.A for this. Yesterday, I filled in a form for Sarah for the hospital, and I telephoned the hospital on Sarah;s behalf. I also agreed with Sarah that I would go with her on the 22ND of this month to the hospital to be assessed for an operation, and stay in hospital with her, if need be, when she has the operation. About six months ago a carer called Lxxx communicated by telephone with your office to try and sort out a payment system for Sarah, and to make sure the meter was read at the time. Your office was not very helpful: and these important matters were not satisfactorily resolved. Can you please provide Sarah with a payment book at 12 pounds per month: and set the account up in her name for the address xx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxx xxx, her support workers will make sure that the account is paid on time. SIGNED ANTHONY JOHNS ________________________ DATED __________ SIGNED Sarah Love ________________________ DATED __________ I thank you again Alex and your associate field workers for the support that you give to Sarah. I am, Yours Sincerely, Anthony W. Johns.
Although Sarah had contacted Cephas earlier in the week to obtain the day rota, she was concerned to see carers from Cephas. On Thursday 03 04 08 Sarah went out with a carer and friends to a local presentation of a play, Basil Brush. Sarah felt more secure with her friends and a carer.
On Friday 04 04 08 Sarah was very depressed and unhappy and witnessed by friends and relatives. She was very unhappy with Alex denying what we both heard had been said. She would not see Alex. She was also very concerned that I could be stopped from seeing her. I spoke with Alex on the phone, and Alex agreed that Sarah was not concerned about what I had published on the internet: and that Cephas had no legal powers to stop me seeing Sarah. I told Sarah of this, and I persuaded Sarah to see her carers next week, and that I would see Alex with her.
On Saturday 05 04 07 I saw Sarah and her friend who is also under the care of Cephas, her friend had also written the appointment times on a small piece of paper and also she could not find the paper. We agreed A4 letter size rotas were needed.
On Monday 07 04 08. A carer often calls early in the morning, so I waited with Sarah to see the carer. Sarah was not sure what time the carer was coming. I had previously said to Sarah that I would telephone Cephas to find out the appointment time. At 8:40AM I went to use my phone the battery was dead. I asked Sarah if her mobile was on, I knew that she had no pay as you go credit, however, a Cephas carer might have phoned her to make an appointment. Her phone will still accept incoming calls.
Sarah's phone was switched off, I was annoyed at this and was stern with Sarah in that she must keep her phone on. After a while I apologised to Sarah as the fault was with Cephas. If Sarah had received a rota before today, there would not have been a problem. This has been one of the major problems for some months. I said to Sarah we will wait until 10:10 AM, if no carer arrives by then we will both leave her flat, Sarah would go to see a friend, I would go home to start work.
A carer called Joanne turned up at 10AM. Sarah then left with Joanne to go out, she often does this, shopping, or other things that have to be done with carers. I spoke to Joanne, she made a note about an appointment rota needed: A4 letter size. The carer gave Sarah her appointment time with this carer for next week on Monday in the afternoon. I explained that Sarah needs early appointments, otherwise she may forget them, so she has the rest of the day to do as she pleases. I explained to Sarah the sexual content and swearing situation that is in this letter. She laughed, and thought the content was very amusing: and she was not concerned as to the publication.
It s now twelve days since I first brought the rota and other matters problems to the attention of Cephas management, nothing has happened, no positive response to resolve the problems. We are still exactly where we were on day one. Cephas, please reply to my letters: and this publication, and make sure that my girlfriend receives her weekly rota well in advance of the pertinent week.
When you take on a corporate, do not lose your head, get angry, you will make mistakes, be very calm and calculating in every thing that you do. Plan it all out carefully, mistakes can be very mentally negating and costly. Remember, never Libel any person, stick to the absolute truth, keep it simple. After the publication of this web page I will send out copies of e-mails to perceived interested parties, this will involve about 20 e-mails. The objective in this case is not to destroy this business just make the management set up a process where important complaints from clients through support workers are actioned: if they are pertinent to their care and safety.
I personally think Sharon Bot should be fired, however, this is up to the funding and support agencies to decide. The specimen e-mail that I shall send out after this page publication in a few days time is pasted below. Always test your emails if there are internet links in them, send them to your self first to test out the internet links: to make sure they are live. Always copy and paste UR L's from your web browser in to documents and e-mails that you create that are links, this avoids mistakes. Always spell check documents: and thoroughly read them before publication. Always thoroughly read printed letters before you send them.
The link below concerns a publication regards a care organisation Cephas in Ipswich. The lack of care by management is appalling, the care shown by field workers is first class: exemplary.

Hi, Carol, I hear that the meeting at St. Clements Mental Hospital last week was very successful. Present was my girlfriend Sarah, yourself, a representative from Cephas, and Sarah's Mental health consultant. The positives were, 1. That Sarah is going to receive more support in recreational activities organised by Cephas. 2. Weekly rotas are going to be sent to clients in advance. 3. Clients medication usage is to be checked daily by Cephas support workers. I am glad that all went well, I am, Yours Sincerely, Anthony W Johns. DATED 19 04 2008 REF \08\0842.TXT Your Ref CE-71-2008 To, Mr. Geoffrey Baker, Operations Manager, HSE, Priestly House, Priestly Road, Basingstoke, RG24 9NW. Dear Mr. Baker. Just to briefly outline my HSE history: and that which currently I am trying to achieve. Can you please respond to this letter by letter post for my HSE file. This letter is also being sent to you by letter post, However, there are internet links that are live in the e-mail copy. Between 1993 and 2000 I instigated about 30 HSE visits to IBC controlled Ipswich Swimming pools. On most occasions faults were found, remedies applied, including HSE supervised safety committee meetings with IBC officials to avoid a further death of a person in Ipswichswimmingpools. In conversation with a solicitor that was aware of the situation, he stated: that I had probably avoided a further death at the pools. I attack viciously corporates that endanger life, re: my recent internet attack on National Grid, because they were enacting processes that endangered life. The main problem as you are aware was a gas meter steel flexible pipe erosion problem on gas meters that is common, and I felt there was feedback from N.G. field engineers to hierarchical management about this problem: and this as usual fell on deaf ears. I and you have contacted Corgi about this matter, and you have passed on information to HSE HQ section for further assessment to possibly enact legislation. The issues are that N.G. probably replace a two or three million meters a year and need to replace rubber seals every time, at this volume of meter replacement the seals probably cost one pence each. The steel flexible pipe needs checking and tick boxes on paperwork need to be marked. I feel that your people need to get out in the field with these gas meter replacement and gas leak repair people to do a proper assessment, and gain feedback of this situation. If new legislation is introduced because of my findings, I would like the knowledge of this, and I would appreciate a contact at your HQ who deals with gas legislation. N.G. were the second corporate I have attacked on the internet to avoid death, there is always retaliation, lies, and poor response. http://www.exact-psychology.com/hse-2008.htm THE WAY FORWARD. I currently have a safety issue with Cephas Care Ipswich. http://www.cephas-community-care.co.uk/contact_us.htm My current publication including this letter is here - 3. http://www.ipswichswimmingpools.com/cephas.htm It is to stressful fighting corporates with their retaliatory methods, an inaccuracy in a letter, or e-mail, or incorrect analyses of corporate response, can invite litigation to get sites shut down or bankruptcy. So with this publication, I am introducing the general public to the methods, and the pitfalls, as to how to mount an attack on such a corporate to address safety problems: to avoid death by unsafe practise. The issues here were that disabled people, and people with learning difficulties that had support workers call to see them were not fully appraised by Cephas with suitable advance paper rota times. The clients did not know when support workers were calling: this made the mobile people housebound, waiting for support workers to arrive. But the alarming aspect was that not knowing who would call and when, this alarmed these disabled people because they did not know who was calling to confirm identity before letting a person in to their homes. Cephas and such care organisations must have a risk assessment plan for care, however whether this extends to infinite detail domiciliary care, this I have no knowledge for, however, I doubt this. The needs of clients are very varied, but from what I have seen, the support workers vary from very conscientious, to not a clue, the not a clue brigade generally just take clients out for joy rides, shopping, or to the coast nearby. The conscientious handle money, payment of bills, do housework, cooking, hygiene, personal and otherwise, and take great strides to enhance and prolong the lives of the people in their care. Of course this is mixed with trips out. I feel that such organisations as Cephas need to train their support workers before they go in to the field, or perhaps local colleges can arrange four to twelve weekly courses of four hour sessions to achieve the knowledge and project a standard with an examination pass before these people are allowed to work in this occupation. Please take any steps that you can to bring this about: if you think that this is the way forward. If there is an HSE Risk assessment booklet covering this aspect of care, I would appreciate a copy: free of charge, if possible? I am, Yours sincerely, Anthony Johns. From: David Finch To: Anthony Johns Subject: RE: Current proposal. Date: Thu, 17 Apr 2008 08:57:45 +0100 Hello Many thanks, i am assured that future rotas will be given to the girls, regards times and stuff i have no input into that, in relation to spy holes again this is an issue for the girls. Many thanks for your assiatnce in this matter David From: Anthony Johns To: David@cephas-care.co.uk Subject: Current proposal. Date: Wed, 16 Apr 2008 17:49:40 +0100 Dear David, When is the rota and mismanagement problem going to end? On Friday 11 04 08 Sarah did not know if Toni or Keri was calling to see her, and she could not remember the appointment time. We have already determined that Sarah needs a printed rota sent through the post or given to her by a carer. Sarah knew Joanne was coming to see her on Monday 14 04 08 at 1PM , because Joanne had written the appointment time in advance the week before on Sarah's day calendar. At about midday on this day I was with Sarah when Christine telephoned to give Sarah the appointment times for the week. Sarah was flustered talking to Cephas management and wrote the times in a very poor fashion on the side of her day calendar. Sarah could understand what she had written, I could not. Sarah needed to be asked by Christine if she had her day calendar handy, and told by Christine slowly how to carefully write the details on each day section of the calendar. This process may be the way forward? If you are going to use the telephone for rota management then please phone when a carer is present, or get the carer to telephone the office, and the carer carefully places the details on the calendar. Next year you may consider getting Cephas calendars printed that can also be used for client data. On Tuesday, no carer arrived at the appointment time to see Sarah. Sarah was informed that on Wednesday, ( Today ) that a carer would arrive at 1PM, Sarah normally has Alex early on Wednesdays, this is a regular appointment. Sarah laid in bed not expecting Alex until 1PM and Alex arrived early at her normal time. This is a bad mismanagement issue. Re: My Proposals For The Safety And Happiness Of Your Domiciliary Clients. Can we agree that the following needs to happen. That carers are trained to do the following when they arrive to see all the domiciliary clients daily. 1. That a positive rota system is in place to suit all the variations of client needs, and this rota is checked daily by the carer so the client knows where the rota is, and the client is also verbally told from the rota and agreed when the next visit is. 2. That prescribed medication is available, up to date, and being taken by the client. 3. That clients have spy holes or suitable security measures on their main entrance door and are functional to identify a carer new or otherwise, or other people. Where Clients are council tenants spy holes can probably be fitted free by the council to their doors. Sarah is a short person, and cannot use her spy hole in the door. 4. That clients that are mobile have early in the day appointments so they have the rest of the day free to make and keep appointments or visit friends. Please advise David, if you or your staff have any input to this issue, and how these problems and remedies can be positively affected. I thank you, I am, Yours Sincerely, Anthony W Johns. P.S. Sarah is with me tomorrow and will not need a carer. This text and your reply hopefully with positive input will be published on Sunday Next. From: Anthony Johns To: David Finch Subject: RE: Lack of Care Reply. Date: Sun, 13 Apr 2008 11:36:55 +0100 Dear Mr. David Finch, You quote the figure 13 years without incident, the figure 13 is lucky for some people but not for others. It was not lucky for the unfortunate disabled people that you did not chose to fully support with maximum safety measures and care that there has not been a murder, rape, or suicide. My experience of corporates: is that safety measures are only put in to effect after such an incident. You ask for my website to be removed, I manage quite a few web sites, there are many published pages and books on these sites. The only part of the whole issue that concerns your organisation is this one page, on one of my internet sites, the link is - http://www.ipswichswimmingpools.com/cephas.htm Regards: what is it you want me to do? I can only make suggestions, I am not an expert in the management of safety and care for disabled people, you however have some expertise in these matters. Neither of us can completely guarantee the safety of these people, all we can do is agree the best possible processes for these people that are all different in their psyche, psychology, mobility, and life style. Any evolutionary change: always changes something else. Such a proposed safety and care process will need adaptation as needs and environments change. I hope we can agree as a committee on the internet next week a present time solution. This needs a lot of thought on my part, there is a lot of responsibility attached to this, and I will make recommendations next week that I hope that we can agree on. I have not been able to do this, this weekend, because a different scenario has emerged. The new scenario is that on Monday 14 04 08 at 3PM, I may have been misinformed, this appointment time may be incorrect, there has been arranged a meeting at Sarah's flat at 3PM between Ipswich Borough Council Estate Manager Duncan Smith, Sheryl Mallett a Cephas Manager, Alex a Cephas support worker on one side and my girlfriend Sarah who has learning difficulties on the other side. Originally, this meeting was supposed to be at IBC offices where video and audio recording equipment is used to record such a meeting, a legal recording of the meeting would be made. Originally, the meeting from the information I have was just between Alex, Sarah, Duncan Smith, and I would have wanted to be there to make an audible recording of the interview. This looks like heavy intimidation to me. Sheryl Mallet is now in the equation, you have an interest here. IBC want this web site shut down and will do anything to harass and intimidate me. I would think that Duncan Smith would have been made well aware of my dealings with IBC and this whole matter. IBC have done their utmost to intimidate me over the years. I will be at this meeting at Sarah's flat with a witness with a sensitive tape recorder to record the meeting. Why Sheryl Mallet a Cephas manager is now involved, I can only guess, I hope that only the relevant issue will be discussed, not the Cephas issues of this web page. The relevant issue is that it is alleged that: Sarah's neighbours have recently complained to the council that excessive noise is coming from Sarah's flat. Most of the noise comes from other tenants in the dead of night slamming doors and arguing in the mornings and evenings. The complaint to my knowledge comes from one man who lives at 79, who is my age and may be jealous of Sarah's relationship with an older man of his age, also, I think the neighbours are concerned that more people with learning difficulties, or more disabled people may be moved in to these flats: this is possibly their main concern. This whole new scenario looks ugly to me, this looks like corporate bullying and harassment to me because of this site and this web page: and my relationship with Sarah. I am used to IBC bullying. I imagine the next step for Sarah is internment in the local mental hospital. Is this corporate harassment with masonic interest? I have upset most of the major corporates in this town, they are all linked. If there is such a meeting, I will be quite stern with Sarah as to what she and others have to do to, be a good neighbour: and to fit in with the lifestyle of the old people that are mostly in these flats. Many old people are jealous and bitter about the lifestyle that younger people enjoy today. David, I will communicate further next week. I am, Yours Sincerely, Anthony W Johns. Date: Thu, 10 Apr 2008 15:25:01 +0100 Dear Mr. Finch, a murder costs Ipswich police about a million pounds, the real cost is the loss of life. I have published the recent e-mail exchange on the internet, and sent a copy to Ipswich Police who: I feel sure will be only to pleased to advise you as to how to adequately protect the lives of the people in your care. I thank you, I am yours sincerely, Anthony W Johns. http://www.ipswichswimmingpools.com/cephas.htm Dear Mr. Finch. "Quote", Oxford Dictionary 10Th Edition. " Corporate, large company or group", my reference is to the group aspect. I am aware of ISO 14001 but not in infinite detail. There must be exclusions in ISO 14001 where if life is endangered: this endangerment of life takes priority, particularly where the environmental damage is infinitesimal. In your case paper rotas sent out in advance by letter post to the disabled people you are supposed to care for is very small cost compared to a disabled person being raped or murdered by a person purporting to be a carer. These girls, as covered by previous correspondence, are very concerned about this issue, they want to know exactly who is supposed to be at the door, and at what time, to confirm the persons identity before they open the door to this person. Your support workers have been very concerned about this problem and this matter has been brought to managements attention many times: no action was taken to avoid possible rape or murder of very concerned very innocent vulnerable people. A murder probably costs the police a million pounds to investigate. I am sending a copy of this e-mail to Suffolk Constabulary. I feel sure that Suffolk Constabulary: they will want an assurance from you that you are going to do your utmost to protect and help these very vulnerable people.
