On this page you will see how to mount an attack on a corporate that is endangering life. The underlying purpose is for people to learn how to collect evidence to publish such organisations on the internet: to protect, prolong, and enhance the life of the general public.
As from Sunday the 24TH August 2008. A legal issue has arisen regards
my girlfriend, her names now remain anonymous on this page and other
pages pertinent to this Cephas issue and the whole of book 5 where
she was previously named. Her full name has been changed to Sarah
Susan Love. This change of name does not affect the legal standing of
this page in that the author and his agents have copies of the original
pages, letters, and e-mails that are published in this and pertinent
connected drafts.

The issue of complaint from two of the clients that have support
workers and the support workers involved was that the management
would not take action in areas of cause for concern that were
endangering the lives: and negating the mental states of people
in their care.
The principles that were identified in not acting effectively on client and support worker complaints was General Manager David Finch and Domiciliary Care Manager Sharon Bot. I had to consider, what action would I take to get the problems addressed. The information I had was that the management would not listen to complaints, and as I am the boyfriend of one of the clients in the care of Cephas, if I wrote a letter of complaint: I felt that the problems would not be addressed, a different course of action was needed. I have experience in attacking corporates that endanger life, this is the third such corporate that I have exposed on the internet.
Cephas.
Action.
I decided to make a preliminary attack on the Cephas management that
involved their possible exposure in a local paper: and make their
funding and support agencies aware that there was a problem. This
would certainly get the managements full attention. My intention
was not to get Cephas shut down as the support workers in the field
give a very good account of themselves in the work that they do. The
problem was the management ignored very relevant complaints from
the clients, these complaints conveyed through the support workers
to the management: that were not responding to these serious
complaints.
Aim.
My aim is to get the funding and government control agencies for this
business to act to ensure a good complaints system is in place at
Cephas where information is collected by support workers: and any
complaint problems addressed. The funding and control agencies may
ask for members of the management team to be replaced. This is their
business. Links to this internet page and an e-mail letter will be
sent to all the funding and control agencies for them to address this
complaints procedure and associated problems. The list of these
agencies and my attack on the Cephas management is presented further
down this page in the heading: The Specimen Cephas Attack.
Endangering life.
The corporate you are going to attack has very little legal issue for
redress: if they have endangered life, this includes negating a
clients brain. Use this very effectively.
Decide if the business is mostly good. Decide whether you want to get
the business shut down or get the offending key figures of management
removed: or just get the management problems addressed. Work out
carefully how you are going to achieve this. Analyse the information
very carefully that you have collected about the corporate: and how
best to get the problem or problems resolved.
Be absolutely honest.
Do not exaggerate or lie: in the collection of evidence, get signed
witness statements and photographs if necessary. Photograph offices
and staff of the business, use photographs and photographic evidence
to substantiate your claim. If you have a computer use a downloader
and down load their internet site in case this is changed after your
attack or publication to the
managements advantage. Save photographs of management and key personal
off internet sites, right click your mouse on the image to be
down loaded, and down load it, these can be printed and used
as evidence.
Collect all the evidence for your complaint, tie it up legally.
Send lots of paper letters of complaint before you mount your
attack. If there is no response,
bring this to the managements attention in subsequent letters, use
data from these letters for a web page or site publication: or a
paper presentation.
Letter Post.
In the UK The recorded delivery letter post is very
effective. When you go to the post office make sure that when your
receipt is date stamped: that it is legible. If the date stamp cannot
easily be read, ask for the receipt to be carefully date stamped
again. You can also ask for a proof of posting receipt. When your
letter gets to the sorting office it will be electronically
scanned and on the U.K. Main post office data base.
This letter now receipted as being on the system can be checked for
delivery on the Royal Mail web site. You now have the means to have
the posting of this letter and the delivery authenticated.
Always get a receipt for the postage charge and staple this to the receipt recorded delivery slip. File all receipts carefully. Always put the recorded delivery number off the recorded delivery slip on the letter when you create it. Create your letters in such a way that they can be easily copied or pasted to be presented in a court of law or published on your internet site or page.

Get It Right.
I decided to make an attack by letter post and e-mail on Cephas to
panic the management in to a response. I also e-mailed the letter to
all the managers on the day they received the recorded delivery
letter. From the feedback that I got
this put the management in turmoil. I had a lot of projects running
at the time, I also had health problems, and I made a mistake in
the drafting of the letter. This as always turned to my advantage,
this was an oversight in the layout of the letter, the email
response from David Finch the manager of Cephas was that he was going
to start legal action against me in that I had decimated the character
of Sharon Bot The Domiciliary Care Manager, who was the
major offender.
The recorded delivery letter that I sent to Cephas is pasted below, note the recorded delivery letter number typed in to the letter at the top. Copies of the recorded delivery letter below were sent out to various agencies including the local newspaper. I did not expect the local newspaper to publish, however, this creates panic within the management: it wakes them up!

SUBJECT- HOUSE ARREST FOR THESE DISABLED PEOPLE IS INHUMAN.
Dear Madam,
I am the boyfriend of Miss Sarah Love, one of the disabled people
that unfortunately falls under your care.
To the positive. Your staff always turn up on time to attend to my
girlfriends needs: and the staff are friendly, provide good care
and carry out their duties professionally.
To the negative. Your Unprofessionalism. I get very angered when
life is endangered. The issue here is the constant complaining
to you from your field staff to you to no avail: that rotas of
visit times to clients have not been sent out in advance by
letter post for months to the disabled people in your care.
These disabled people never know when your carers are coming to
visit: so consequently they have to wait at home isolated, often
for much of the day: waiting for a carer to arrive. This very
effectively puts these people under house arrest for much of the
day, five days a week: when they could be out visiting friends.
As you should be aware, Sarah has learning difficulties, and
mental health issues, principally schizophrenia, OCD? Sarah
had four children taken away from her by social services. This
she describes as having your heart and stomach ripped out. Most
of the people that I have ever met have a stigma against
people that have children taken away from them.
Well the news is for the people that think like that: if they
had learning difficulties, and because of this: they were
severely abused by the current school system, and very suddenly
they are the parent of four children: with a useless partner,
they would also have their children taken away from them.
Most of the people that have children taken away from them in
this circumstance, finish up under the care of the mental
health services, mentally impaired for life, supported for life,
a considerable burden to the tax payer. Sarah stays in bed a lot
depressed because she cannot go out in case carers appointments
are missed. Fortunately, Sarah does not have suicidal tendencies,
or with your extreme lack of care regards this issue, she could
another dead person.
House arrest considerably negates the mental state of these
people, and this practise increases their depression. Sarah like
many others in this situation has an alcohol problem, and she is
trying to give up her addiction to alcohol. Staying at home for
long periods most days does not help. You are very effectively
negating the mental states of some very vulnerable depressed
people.
Re: the statements on the Cephas web site.'Quote' 1. Positive
About Disabled People. 2. We want Cephas Care to be a foundation
of security and freedom for all those seeking our support.
Not much freedom when you have to stay at home for most of the
day.
You are not projecting the level of care as witnessed by me
and your field workers: that a person in your position needs
to project. You need to be repaced Sharon Bot by a much more
caring person.
I would like a return letter of explanation.
I am,
Yours Sincerely,
Tony Johns.

I knew that sending a copy of the letter above to the local mental health hospital would get all the problems resolved, this mental health hospital has a very poor track record regards suicides.
E-mail letters in the U.K. as well as recorded delivery letters are legal and can be used in a court of law.
Below is the copy of the E-mail that I sent to the local Ipswich Evening Star Newspaper. The full names of the girls are blanked out for this internet publication. The letter above to Sharon Bot and the management team at Cephas was appended to the e-mail below, I have removed this, you have already read it.
From: Anthony JohnsI received a response telephone call from David Finch the Managing Director of Cephas, I refused to enter in to any conversation about this matter, "never discuss anything by telephone", always force the issue in to a letter response. I told David Finch that my concerns regards his management were all in the letter: and would he please respond with a return letter. To: starnews@eveningstar.co.uk Subject: House Arrest Is In-human! Date: Tue, 25 Mar 2008 10:42:48 +0000 Re; the letter pasted below this text sent recorded delivery to Cephas, this letter still in the Royal mail system and will not be received by Cephas until Wednesday. Sarah Love is my Girlfriend, Sarah and her friend Sxx-Exxx are prepared to allow you to conduct an interview regards this issue with a photograph of the two girls and possibly Cxxxxxxxxxx, the boyfriend of Sxx-Exxx who is also disabled. Cxxxxxxxxxx is not under the care of Cephas. Amazing, this issue has been going on for months, I telephoned Cephas on Thursday last to ask for the correct name and title of Sharon Bot who is responsible for rotas so I could write to her. On Saturday last all Cephas disabled people received a questionnaire asking them to report on their level of care and any problems. Cephas has claimed recently that they are short of money, and cannot send out rotas, if you check their website URL at the bottom of the letter, you will see a nice Mercedes car outside the Cephas building. Cephas will say they try to phone, sometimes they do, however, it appears that Sarah possibly has OCD, St. Clements are now aware of this. And Sarah often forgets to switch on her phone Telephone Numbers witheld to all parties outside Cephas and the Evening Star Newspaper. I do not want to gain political footage out of this incident, this is between you and the girls. You may be able to contact both girls tomorrow, although they have no idea when carers are coming to see them, no rota, so they will not be at home at some time during the day.
David Finch responded by E-mail.
His response letter is pasted below.
Mr. Johns Our solicitors is Patrick Conney of fairweather Stephenson's, I will inform him of our situation and what legal action can be taken for your decimation of character of Sharon Bot. In addition rotas have been phoned to Sarah but I understand she had given us the wrong number, this has now been rectified. Sarah is more than able to go out on her own so cannot understand this house arrest That you are talking about. I can assure you that I have had a number of compliments about our services, also if Sarah does not know how can you state that our staff always turn up on time ? Many thanks David Finch Managing Director.
My reply e-mail to the David Finch E-mail above is pasted below.
From: Anthony JohnsTo: David@cephas-care.co.uk Subject: No Smoke Without Fire ! Date: Thu, 27 Mar 2008 01:22:53 +0000 To, David@cephas-care.co.uk Mr. Finch. I read with interest your response e-mail to my complaint, as per the subject matter of this e-mail: There Is No Smoke Without Fire. Where you state that you have had a number of compliments about your service, this should have read a number of complaints about your service, as carers have often complained to Sharon Bott for the resumed need of letter post rotas: that the disabled people that are your clients, your bread and butter, these people can then refer to these paper rotas that name carers to easily keep appointments. To send out telephone text messages to clients where as you say the wrong number had been given to you was unprofessional, you should have asked for a confirmation text of receipt in the first communication. Disabled people, learning difficulties, abused, often angered because of child abuse have difficulty in explaining themselves, and there was an inaccuracy in my letter to you stating that two of your clients had to wait in five days a week not knowing when carers were arriving. This is actually a few days per week. The carers that have attended your clients long term usually make appointments when they call pertinent to the next visit. This was the reference in my letter to the staff turning up on time. New carers do not make arrangements, often there is no communication from your office, the girls have to wait at home all day for a carer not knowing when a carer will arrive. This is the house arrest that I am referring too. Security Issue. The clients are also concerned as they do not know the names of new carers that arrive so they can check their names before they let these people in to their homes. I hope that this clarifies the situation, and from now on your clients receive well in advance by letter post: weekly rotas. Please let me know when you have dispensed with the services of Sharon Bot. I thank you, I am Yours Sincerely, Anthony W Johns.
By the fifth day of April 2008, there has been no reply to me from Sharon Bot.
Retaliation.
I expected Cephas management to try and break the link from me to
their clients, my girlfriend Sarah, and her friend Sxx-Exxx, to
to stop feedback to me of the management problems from support
workers and their clients.
I took statements from the girls of the problems with Cephas, remember, you must tie things up legally. Keep computer records of signed statements ,scan them to your data base: and pass copies to agents that you can trust. The statement that I produced for the girls that they signed is pasted below. Keep statements short and to the point.

Re: Miss Sarah Love and Miss Sxx-Exxx Fxxxxxx
Sarah Love is the girlfriend of Anthony Johns. Sxx-Exxx is a
friend of Anthony Johns and Sarah Love. Both Sxx-Exxx and Sarah
have complained to Cephas carers that offer a care service to
them both about the following.
A STATEMENT MADE AND AGREED BY BOTH SXX-EXXX FXXXXX
AND SARAH LOVE TO ANTHONY JOHNS.
Our problems with Cephas that for months we have complained that
we no longer receive by letter post a printed rota informing us
of carers visiting times. The carers that we have had visit us
for a long time always turn up at times we have arranged with
them. The new carers often do not telephone, this keeps us
housebound for at least 2 days or more a week.
We prefer a paper rota with the names of the people that visit us
and the times they are coming to visit: so we know who is coming
to see us. We can then confirm who is at the door before we open
the door to a carer. The above has been brought to the attention
of the Cephas domiciliary care manager, many times, by the carers
that call to see us. No action has been taken by Cephas
management to resolve these problems.

From here on there was a a lot of protracted letter and e-mail correspondence, particularly, to matters that are not really relevant to this issue. Cephas were not very responsive to giving their clients paper rotas, However, after protracted correspondence including a crass reply letter from David Finch the Cephas Managing Director, the issue was finally resolved by the organisation that I thought would put pressure on Cephas: this was the local St. Clements Mental Hospital.
Another issue that I fought for was that when the carers called to see
all their clients on week days they needed to check that the clients
were taking their medication. These concerns were brought to the
attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the mental hospital:
and my girlfriends Community Psychiatric Nurse - Carol Read
From: Anthony Johns
As of Monday 12Th of May 2008 there has been no further threats of legal action from Cephas: and I do not expect any further action. Sharon Bot to my knowledge has retained her position as Domiciliary Care Manager. However, I feel that this was a very successful campaign.
For legal reasons the Full Draft of the protracted letter writing in the prior publication is still published on the internet. This is the link below. Also, this full draft is published to show how protracted letter correspondence won the day, there is a letter to the Health and Safety Executive, letters to the local newspaper, to Cephas, and a Cephas carer, and letters to the local mental hospital and the police. Some e-mails are listed in reverse order, if you read them all: everything will fall in to place.
You need to be 18 years of age to read this next page: as there are explicit sexual details published of myself, "and with her permission," my girlfriend Sarah.
The HSE letter and the mental hospitals and letters to the local newspaper applied the greatest leaverage to overcome the problems.
