How scummy is old Hehir? Makes you wonder? He is an old hand at dishonesty, loads of friends, directors of major building company's. He, is on the board of Ipswich College - Ipswich University College. Friends with all members of the rest of the board. There was about thirty million pounds invested in technology and building work by the government. Did they all have a little, perhaps large, fiddle, out of that? Who owns all the land? The buildings? Is the land and buildings freehold or leasehold? If leasehold, who benefits from that? The police will never investigate this, police, councils, all linked up shafting each other: Nice And Cosy.

Old Hehir has had his credibility returned by the editor of the local Evening Star Newspapers Editor Nigel Pickover. This site referred to one of pickovers mates, a local conservative councillor David Hale as a pompous ass, Hale did his stint as the towns Mayor in the 2008/2009 period. The reason for the criticism was that the author had written to Hale along with many Mayors about the problems at the Broomhill swimming pool. Hale in keeping with the rest of the Mayors never replied to the letter. The Evening Star has recently published two articles referring to Hehir: as the towns Chief.

The first newspaper article was very relevant. This is classic, the local NHS hospital had a scurrilous behind closed doors meeting, without public consultation! Just the same as old Hehir and his council has on numerous occasions: equally to the detriment of local people. The hospital wanted to take people that have heart attacks to hospitals 40 to 50 miles away. The hospital maintained this was a better service.

This was classic scumminess, more people would die, heart attack patients are expensive to treat in the recovery period, this was a nice move by the hospital to save a load of cash, bearing in mind that the majority of heart attacks are caused by smoking, boozing, pigging food, and poor life style. This would nicely get rid of these expensive to maintain people.

This made Hehir's, anal sphincter oscillate, Hehir and his merry over eating red meat tribe have gone building mad in Ipswich, more power more money, houses packed in everywhere in Ipswich. They have not updated the road system, they have grid locked the town, It would probably take an hour to get out of Ipswich + another hour to get to a hospital. Hehir was not ready to re:distribute his Genes Without His Awareness from his body for the last time.

Hehir had another publication in the Evening Star recently, a pro football publication. Is he really interested in Football And Rugby? This is a politicians dream, 'keen football supporter,'the best boost for popularity that a government official can get. Hehir, is a smart cookie, we are all locally fully aware of this. What most people do not realise is that Hehir with his many business interests: is probably earning 500K per year.

Well, the old Ipswich Borough Council labour council was very corrupt, is it still very corrupt? Many of the old guard, the old labour councillors are still there. Was the old labour council leader in 1996 a Mr. David Ball involved in a conspiracy to kill an unwary member of the public to close the Broomhill pool Indefinitely as published on this site for the last 5 years? IBC's brief then was close the pool: in any way they could, redevelop the site!

So is my account in my book, book 5 "THE FIDDLE", on this site correct? Was Ball involved in a conspiracy to kill to close the Broomhill pool indefinitely? There May Be A Way To Prove This Once And For All.

Dramatic changes are shortly going to come about in the Criminal Justice System. The system of courts and Judges that has been with us for a thousand years is about to disappear as fast as It appeared. How could this be you may ask? Well, there are a number of systems that have been developed for lie detection. Voice stress analyses. Heart rhythm and breathing analyses. Stomach acid and body sweat analyses. Brain Scan and retina analyses. Body Language analyses. Facial blood flow analyses.

There will soon be cheap machines developed incorporating many or all of these systems working together. There is no escape, the person being tested cannot lie without being detected. These machines could be available in the next five to ten years. This new approach will be much cheaper and replace the current criminal justice system. The criminal justice system will have outlived it's usefulness: to be replaced by a much more cheaper system: that is far more accurate. This will also bring to an end the epidemic lying in some of our global societies, this lying: that has been with us for a very long time. A million years or more?

In my Book, "THE FIDDLE", Part-2 as published on this internet site on the 3RD day of December 2002. I confronted the leader of Ipswich Borough Council Mr. David Ball at his home and I stated that "I was sure that the management of the pool were trying to bring about the assumed accidental death of a patron at night by leaving the perimeter fence breached for this purpose. David Ball then stated that he was aware of this.

I might be dead before such a cheap fool-proof lie detector system is developed. However, Ball is much younger than me, he should be alive. He will be able to be questioned on the above statement. If yes, that he did make the above statement, that he knew of a conspiracy to kill? Then in his position as council leader at the time, for not disclosing as such to the authorities to protect life, Ball should be heavily penalised. If Ball cannot be forced to take the test, and he refuses to take the test: then he is guilty. The History Of The Judiciary.

So, we will soon have the means to hack in to three brains to find the truth in the following, 1. Was the Ipswich Labour council leader David Ball in 1996, involved in a conspiracy to kill an unwary member of the public, to close the then used Broomhill Swimming Pool? 2. John Booty then Benefits manager with a subordinate, a Miss Freith filed an untrue complaint with Ipswich Police that The author of this Site Anthony Johns threatened by telephone call to Ipswich Borough Council to fire bomb the head of leasures House. The head of leisure at the time was a Mrs. Sheila Bagulay, Now Fortunately Deceased.

So, were all four Hehir, Ball, Booty, Freith with knowledge of this conspiracy to kill to close the Broomhill pool? Also, all four with the knowledge of the false police statement? Can the truth soon now be obtained?

This site made people aware as to how crooked the old labour political party at Ipswich Borough Council, ( now Conservative party ), was in trying to shut the Broomhill pool: and their harassment and brain washing of the general public to achieve this.

This site appears to have changed policy at IBC. They say they are now very pro the Broomhill Swimming Pool: This is rubbish, they have the money, why is the pool not open? This site has improved Ipswich College. Ipswich has come on in leaps and bounds in the last six years: and I feel that this site has in a large part has pushed to achieve this.

There are now no derelict large or old drab buildings in Ipswich. The Ipswich Wet Dock refurbishment is amazing: It is now quite something to see. The town is cleaner, cleaner streets. There may even be a better Ipswich Borough Council, who Knows? There is now better Suffolk Constabulary policing in problem areas.

The Suffolk College in Ipswich has improved, the clown management has gone, the college board now consists of professors drawn from Suffolk and two nearby counties: Norfolk and Essex. Academic achievement in Suffolk is now equal to Norfolk and Essex. Suffolk College is now called Suffolk University College. Ipswich people are now happier: and better dressed. Ipswich I feel is now equal to Norwich apart from two pieces of architecture: that means very little to most people. I moved to Ipswich 33 years ago, I at last feel Ipswich is Equal: and I now feel that I am an Ipswich man.

I.B.C. closed Ipswich Airport, local people are also unhappy with this. Local councils rip the tax payers off every year as they spend ever more money. So what did they do ? Just before the 2005 general election I.B.C. offers a million pounds to save the Broomhill Swimming Pool, Nice One !!!

The I.B.C. estimate to refurbish the Broomhill pool is three million pounds. Q. Who is going to put up the other two million pounds ? A. No one, that's why I.B.C. offered the money, a safe bet that this pool will remain closed.

They assume the plebs and the retards will all rush to the polls and vote for them to keep the old guard in their, " easy life ", life style. No doubt the plebs and the retards will now all rush to the polls.

Ipswich people were a bit slow in trying to stop the closure of Ipswich Airport, that's why they lost it. I could see that I.B.C. wanted to close the Broomhill pool as far back as 1992. From 1995 onwards I communicated with the 20C society to get a conservation order on the Broomhill pool. If it was not for the action taken then by me: the Broomhill pool would now be another block of flats. Backhanders and pats on the back all round at I.B.C.!!! What a scummy lot they are.

I.B.C. and brownie point collecting members of associative agencies: psychologists from Suffolk Constabulary, The Masons, Social Services and from Suffolk College, have harassed the author of this internet site for the last few years to try to drive him to suicide for publishing I.B.C's corporate skulduggery on the Internet.

This is attempted murder by induced negative event. This is the second attempted murder by such an agency in Ipswich in the last eight years.

These agencies will do anything in their power to stop any adverse truthful publication pertinent to I.B.C. Yes, any publication of truthful negative event brought about by the skulduggery and oppressive behaviour of I.B.C. This is a flagship Labour local government for Ipswich Suffolk U.K.

So this is it, go up against the local government in Ipswich, and they set the dogs on you, these agencies, they bug your phones computer, car, and try to destroy your credibility in any way they can. They endanger your life by the spread of malicious gossip. These agencies, their paymaster is the local councils and connected agencies. Ipswich is one of the most corrupt towns in the U.K. It's just a politically very dirty little town with very little on offer in local support facilities for the local populace.

In the past every person at I.B.C. wanted the Broomhill pool, closed. Some members were prepared to kill to get the pool closed indefinitely in 1996. This site has changed policy at I.B.C. Every person at I.B.C. Now wants the Broomhill pool refurbished and opened. Or so they say. This is rubbish, IBC has the money and could open the Broomhill Pool Tomorrow.

My friends say I have made a good job of saving this pool, well, it is only saved on the day it opens for public use. Well there is plenty of publicity pertinent to the refurbishment, everything is in place for this apart from the raising of the now 2.9 million pounds estimate to fund the refurb. If this money is not raised the pool will never open and I.B.C. Can then exclaim: we are a wonderful council, we did our best, we did everything in our power to get this pool open.

There has been a very serious increase in child mental illness in Ipswich in the last ten years: there is now a ten fold increase in self harm and suicidal interest by children living in Ipswich. There are many negative factors that have brought this about: but one of the major contributory negative factors is the lack of cheap or free entertainment / sports facilities such as the Broomhill swimming pool.

BROOMHILL SWIMMING POOL.

This internet site was initially published to try to stop the closure of the Broomhill Swimming pool in Ipswich Suffolk: this activity was futile. Ipswich Borough Council forced the closure of Ipswich Airport against fierce local opposition. The Broomhill Pool was closed in the same manner. It is unlikely that the Broomhill pool will ever open.

This site is also dedicated to the memory of the Broomhill Swimming pool that closed in Ipswich for the last time in August 2002. This internet site was set up to bring attention to the corporate skulduggery of Ipswich Borough Council who wanted the pool closed. Ipswich people loved the pool and wanted the pool kept open, they also loved and wanted the retention of Ipswich Airport. Both these much loved local facilities were closed by Ipswich Borough Council: against the public wishes.

Ipswich Borough Council is one of the most corrupt councils in the U.K. The Broomhill swimming pool was closed because nobody at I.B.C. wanted to run the pool. I.B.C. had not the interest to run the pool professionally and safely: this is one of the reasons why the pool closed. The main reason the pool closed was for the same reason as the airport: to redevelop the site, another commercial deal, backhanders all round.

The leader of I.B.C. Peter Gardiner stated in the Evening Star Newspaper in 2003 That I.B.C. supported Broomhill and would do anything to keep it open. I.B.C. received eight million pounds from the airport land deal, ( That's the official published figure ), I.B.C. could have easily spent the three million, ( that's their estimate ), to fully refurbish the Broomhill pool. I.B.C. do what they want, to hell with the tax payers wishes. If I.B.C. wanted the Broomhill pool to remain open: the pool would be in use this year.

The politics that forced the closure of the Broomhill Pool are horrendous, I feel that the Chief Constable could have forced the issue to keep the pool open, this keeps youngsters out of trouble, keeps down local crime.

Social Services could have equally forced the issue, keep the kids off the streets, underprivileged children could have had free pass to use the pool at slack times, S.S. were silent alongside Ipswich College. Local connected councils, I.B.C. and Suffolk County Council, are the cash cow for the Police, Social Services, and the College. These three agencies will never force beneficial local policy and go up against the councils, they are only likely to contact the councils, walk in the back door, cap in hand, crawling, stating: can we please have some more money.

The paragraph below was published in 2002. This publication changed policy at Ipswich College, 'known as Suffolk College.' The college board is now mostly made up of professors from universities throughout the region. Ipswich/Suffolk College is now professionally managed running many degree courses.

Ipswich College like everything else in Ipswich is poor, I could write another book on the information that I receive about poor management there. It is rumoured that some local businesses do not accredit local qualifications. I was speaking to a girl that received her psychology degree in Ipswich, she dishonestly put a Cambridge university on her C.V. for her qualification, she stated to me, referring to Ipswich College, " you don't think that I was going to state that I got qualified there ". These psychologists have amazing stealth.

When Ipswich has a University: I sincerely hope that none of the clown management at Ipswich College take control of this University.

As a Norwich man I am used to better services than the services that are offered in Ipswich with the amazing political groups and stupidity that proliferates in this town. The latest craze is city status, we want to be a city. No doubt if city status is obtained the local plebs will all go crazy, if you give a starving dog a bone: just watch the adaptation in the mental state of the dog. Sick humour, a city with no outstanding architecture, Airport, Abbey, Castle, Cathedral, University Hospital, etc.

What a sad place Ipswich is, we have lost one of the last outstanding pieces of very useful local architecture, this is the Broomhill pool, much loved by all: apart from the selfish uncaring controlling hierarchical, " greedy pig ", management in this town.
